Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for arranging icons of a personal portable communication terminal is provided to arrange program icons frequently executed by a user in a top place, so that the user can easily find the program icons to execute the icons. CONSTITUTION: If a user initially uses a terminal, the terminal displays execution icons of various application programs installed in the terminal on a screen(S101). Whenever an optional program is executed(S102), the terminal increases execution frequency of the corresponding program(S103). As the user uses the terminal, execution frequency of the programs is differentiated. The terminal selects programs having high execution frequency as priorities, and rearranges the program icons from a top place(S104).
