Abstract
Description
본 발명의 목적은 급격히 변화하는 사회에서 발생하는 다양한 욕구와 다양한 민원이 존재한다. 이는 민원을 처리하는 정치인이나 국가 공공기관에서 여러 각도로 민원을 받아 이를 처리해야 한다. 여기서 말하는 발명은 민원을 처리하는 것을 말하는 것이 아니고, 민원을 받아들이는 방법을 제시한다. 하지만 현재 민원 처리는 온라인과 오프라인을 연결하지 못하고, 각자 독립적으로 운영되고 있어, 좀 더 효율적인 방법이 필요하다. 다시 말하면 온라인은 온라인에서만, 오프라인은 오프라인에서만 운영을 함으로서 효과적인 개선을 위해선 온라인과 오프라인의 적절한 연결이 반드시 필요하다고 할 수 있다.It is an object of the present invention that there are various needs and various complaints that arise in a rapidly changing society. 하지만 이처럼 온라인과 오프라인이 독립적인 방법으로 운영됨으로써 효율적인 면에서 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 이에 도3은 도1,2를 보안하여 더 효율적인 민원을 처리하는 것이다. 도3은 인터넷 민원게시판을 가지고 있는 정치인이나 국가 공공기관은 많은 민원을 원하며 이들 민원을 처리함으로써 그들의 임무를 완성 할 수 있다. 하지만 보다 쉽게 민원 인이 접근 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이런 것을 해소하기 위해 홈페이지를 만들어 운영하고 있지만 민원 처리용 게시판에는 불필요한 광고나 욕설이 존재하여 민원처리에 어려움이 있다. 다시 말하면 불필요한 내용을 제외한 민원을 오프라인으로 받아 보고 이를 처리 후 민원 인에게 알리는 것이다. 더 구체적으로 말하면 온라인과 오프라인의 연결은 팩스를 이용하여 민원 처리용 게시판에 민원이 올라올 경우 이를 민원인지 아니면 민원과는 관련 없는 것인지판단 후 민원의 가치가 있을 경우 팩스로 내용을 보내줌으로써 온라인과 오프라인의 연결을 완성하는 것이다. 또한 답변은 민원 처리 인이 온라인이나 오프라인으로 보내 주면 이를 온라인으로 연결한다. 이때 중계사이트가 필요한데 이 중계사이트에서 민원 처리 인에게 팩스를 지급하고 이 팩스에 관리에 대한 모든 내용은 중계사이트에서 관리한다.However, this problem can occur in an efficient manner by operating online and offline independently.
