Abstract
본 고안은 가스의 누출을 검지할 수 있는 가스검지 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 따르면, 가스배관의 이음새 및 연결부 등에 용이하게 부착할 수 있는 가스검지 장치가 제공된다.The present invention relates to a gas detection device capable of detecting gas leakage. Description
본 발명자들은 위험가스의 누출을 검지할 수 있는 방법으로써 검지시약이 담지된 가스검지 테이프를 이용하는 '위험가스의 누출 검지방법'에 관한 특허를 제출한 바 있다(대한민국 특허 출원번호 10-2001-0021577). 본 고안은 본 발명자들이 개발한 가스 검지시약이 담지된 물질을 가스배관의 이음새, 연결부 등에 쉽게 장착하게 하기 위한 것이다.The present inventors have filed a patent on a method of detecting a dangerous gas leak using a gas detection tape carrying a detection reagent as a method for detecting leakage of a dangerous gas (Korean Patent Application No. 10-2001-0021577 ). 가스검지 테이프는 다공성 분말상 또는 시트상의 물질에 가스검지 시약을 담지시켜 제작한 것으로 테이프 형태로 하여 가스배관의 접합부나 연결부에 부착하는 것이다. 가스배관의 이음새 등에서 가스가 누출되면 가스 검지시약과 반응하여 시약의 색이 변색되므로써 가스의 누출을 검지할 수 있게 된다. 이 테이프는 가스배관에 기밀성있게 밀착되어 외부의 가스가 가스검지 테이프의 내부로 유입되어 가스검지 시약과 반응하지 않도록 하여야 한다. 그러나 가스배관이 요철이 있던지, 오염이 되어 있던지 또는 가스배관의 형태가 굴곡형이던지 하면 밀착이 잘되지 않아 가스테이프 내부로 유입될 가능성이 높다. 또한 이러한 가스검지 테이프가 실외에 사용될 경우 빗물, 바람, 먼지, 햇볕 등의 외부요인에 의해 가스검지 테이프의 검지시약 또는 가스검지 테이프의 재질을 열화시킬 가능성이 높아진다. 따라서 가스검지시약이 담지된 물질을 보다 용이하게 그리고 기밀성있게 가스배관에 부착하기 위한 장치가 필요하다. 또한 빗물, 바람, 먼지, 햇볕 등의 외부요인과 직접 접촉하지 않도록 할 필요가 있다.The gas detection tape is formed by supporting a gas detection reagent on a porous powder or a sheet-like material, and is attached to a junction or a connection portion of the gas piping in the form of a tape. 본 고안에서는 가스검지시약이 담지된 물질 또는 이 물질을 포함하여 제작된 가스검지 테이프를 가스배관의 이음새나 연결부에 장착하기 위한 장치로써 [도1]에 상세도를 나타내었다. [도1]에서 (a)부분과 (b)부분이 합쳐져 가스배관에 장착되게 되며 ③의 이음새에 나사 또는 볼트를 넣어 두부분을 조여주거나 클램프 등을 이용하여 조여 줄 수도 있다. ①과 ②는 실리콘, 테프론, 폴리프로필렌 또는 고무와 같은 고분자로 제작된 라이너로 본 고안의 장치가 배관에 밀착되도록 하게 하기 위한 것이다. ④는 투명한 창(window)으로 투명한 재질의 고분자 쉬트 또는 유리로 제작할 수 있다. 이창의 내부에 ⑤의 검지시약이 담지된 다공성 쉬트 자체 또는 가스검지테이프를 고정시키게 된다. 이 창을 통해 검지시약이 변색되는지 유무를 관찰할 수 있다.The present invention is a device for attaching a gas sensing reagent-carrying substance or a gas sensing tape made of the same to a joint or connection portion of a gas pipe, and a detailed view is shown in FIG.
