Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a vehicle mirror is provided to allow a driver to view a hidden area without installing an auxiliary mirror and to manufacture the vehicle mirror at an inexpensive cost. CONSTITUTION: A flat glass plate(2) is cut in a predetermined size. After processing edges of the flat glass plate(2), mercury is applied to a rear surface of the flat glass plate(2). Then, the flat glass plate(2) is placed in a mold frame(3). The mold frame(3) is formed with a molding slot(3b) having a diameter of 30 to 50mm and thickness of 3-4mm. Heat is applied to the flat glass plate(2) from an upper portion thereof by means of a heating device(4). At this time, the flat glass plate(2) is heated up to 1200 to 1400°C so as to form a convex part(5). Then, the flat glass plate(2) is rapidly cooled. After that, mercury is applied to a rear side of the flat glass plate(2).

Description

볼록거울 일체형 차량용 미러의 제조방법{Manufacturing method for automobil's mirror of unifying a convex mirror}Manufacturing method for automobil's mirror of unifying a convex mirror}

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a convex mirror integrated vehicle mirror, and more specifically, by forming a convex mirror integrally when manufacturing a side mirror or a room mirror so as to easily observe a blind spot with a convex mirror, a separate auxiliary mirror It is intended to provide a method of manufacturing a vehicle mirror that can prevent accidents such as blind spots while eliminating the inconvenience of attaching.

The car is equipped with a side mirror and a room mirror so that the driver can observe objects appearing from behind or left and right while driving.

However, in the case of the side mirror as described above, it is possible for the driver to adjust it to an arbitrary angle, but the observation range is limited. In particular, the passenger side side mirror is out of the driver's range of activity, and thus the angle adjustment is impossible while driving. As a result, blind spots cannot be observed, causing a safety accident due to failure to observe vehicles, people, or other objects traveling sideways. It was an irrational composition that could not be observed.

As a means to solve the above problems, a separate auxiliary mirror using a convex mirror has been disclosed and widely used in recent years, but these have to be fixed to a vehicle body by using an adhesive means, and the adhesive means can not fall off when used for a long time. There was a problem.

Therefore, the present invention has been developed to solve the problems of the conventional side mirrors as described above, in the present invention by providing a manufacturing method for forming a convex mirror integrally with the mirror in the process of manufacturing a vehicle mirror, The present invention has been completed with the technical problem of the present invention to provide a low-cost vehicle mirror that can easily observe blind spots without purchasing an auxiliary mirror as described above.
