Description

차체 실러용 조성물 { Component of sealer }Composition for vehicle body sealer {Component of sealer}

The present invention relates to the filling and welding between the steel plate and the reinforcing plate constituting the outer body of the vehicle body, and more particularly, to a composition for a vehicle body sealer that can improve the foaming property to prevent the corrosion of the interface portion, the space filling and bending will be.

In general, sealers are filled between the steel plates and the reinforcement plates inside the body to absorb shocks and noise and leak water in the panel and panel welds. As it is distinguished, the spot sealer is used for the purpose of dustproofing, soundproofing and rustproofing in the spot welding part, and it contains expensive carbon black to reduce the welding resistance during welding. Carbon black is an expensive conductive material and is used to reduce welding degradation that may occur during welding. In addition, the mastic sealer is filled between the outer plate and the reinforcement plate and the impact bar of the door or roof to be dustproof and soundproof. The area filled with the mastic sealer is not welded and thus does not contain conductive carbon black.

However, when welding, high pressure and high heat are generated in the welded portion, so that the sealer applied to the welded portion melts, and the welding is smoothly performed regardless of whether the sealer applied to the welded portion is conductive. This can be confirmed by welding performed after applying the conductive sealer and the non-conductive sealer, respectively. In fact, most Japanese automobile manufacturers use non-conductive materials.

Referring to FIGS. 1A and B, the spot sealer 10 is applied around the weld 11 and electrodeposited to the weld 10, regardless of whether the spot sealer 10 is conductive to the weld 11. Because of this, it is meaningless to electrodeposit the entire spot sealer 10.

In addition, in the case of the mastic sealer used in the door or the roof, there is a disadvantage in that the rust preventive property is weak at the interface between the panel and the sealer where the rust prevention property is actually required.

In other words, the conventional body sealer is divided into two types, a spot sealer and a mastic sealer, and must have a large amount of inventory, and the spot sealer contains expensive carbon black, and the mastic sealer contains There is a problem that the rust preventive property is weak.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and does not include expensive carbon black so as to have a foaming function, it is possible to apply universally regardless of the part of the vehicle body and at the same time improve the rust resistance It is an object to provide a sealer composition for a vehicle body that can be made.

Comparative example compared with the present invention is 7.9wt% synthetic rubber used as the basic base resin, 4.8wt% epoxy resin to give adhesion and hardness control, plasticizer and process oil 33.5wt% to adjust viscosity and fluidity , 4.1 wt% of vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing agent to adjust the elasticity and vulcanization degree of rubber, 0.7wt% of stabilizer to impart heat stability and viscosity stability, 32.4wt% of filler of coated bicarbonate to control workability, occurrence of abnormal bubble The composition has 8.5 wt% of antifoaming agent, 5.6 wt% of color controlling color, and 2.5 wt% of carbon black which imparts conductivity.

Analyzing the examples and comparative examples of the present invention, it can be seen that in the comparative example, expensive carbon black having conductivity is used, and in the embodiment of the present invention, carbon black is not used and foaming agent and foaming aid are used instead. By foaming at the weld. Therefore, when the sealer composition for a vehicle body of the present invention is applied to a welded part, as shown in FIG. 2, after the foaming the sealer 50 is electrodeposited on the interface portion A around the electrodeposition painted surface 50, the electrodeposited electrode is electrodeposited upward. Since it covers the painted surface, even if an impact is applied to the foamed portion, the interface part is electrodeposited, so that the rust is not prevented.

Here, the electrodeposition coating is a coating method in which the coating film is deposited in the aqueous coating bath solution for electrodeposition, and the coating film and the coating bath solution are electrically charged to the anode or cathode, respectively, to electrically extract the coating film on the surface of the coating material.

As a result, the electrodeposition coating surface is covered by the foaming of the sealer 50 on the interface portion A, which requires actual rust resistance, so that rust does not rust, and the rust resistance is improved, and only one sealer can be used regardless of the used position. Can be reduced.

As described above, the sealer composition for the vehicle body of the present invention can reduce the amount of inventory by integrating the spot sealer and the mastic sealer, and can prevent the rust-proofing of the interface area and the merging and bending of the spot welding part by using the foaming function. have.
