Abstract

PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting receiving system having an automatic data broadcasting storing function is provided so that a user can easily watch wanted information anytime by searching information and automatically storing a data broadcasting including reservation contents. CONSTITUTION: A tuner(11) tunes a data broadcasting channel. A decoder(12) decodes a data broadcasting signal tuned in the tuner(11), and separates the decoded data broadcasting signal into a header portion and a contents portion. Here, the decoder(12) is connected to a central processing unit(13). The central processing unit(13) controls the whole operation of the constitutional units, searches basic data information included in the header portion, and judges whether the searched information corresponds to a wanted data broadcasting of the user.
