Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for correcting telephone numbers using an arrow key in a mobile wireless terminal is provided to move a cursor in a wrongly-inputted location to delete a wrongly-inputted number only, when a user wrongly inputs a dial number, and to re-input the wrongly-inputted number only to dial the number, so as to simplify key operations. CONSTITUTION: A CPU inputs a telephone number to dial. If the number is wrongly inputted, the CPU selects a cursor mode to locate a selected cursor in a final number of the wrongly-inputted number. The CPU inputs the cursor in a pointer of the wrongly-inputted number by an arrow key, and inputs a delete key to delete the wrongly-inputted number.
