Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for providing health information service based on user's iris pattern is provided to enable the user to easily receive one's health information, such as the physical predispositions, on the web site by analyzing the iris image to supply the user with medical prescriptions. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing health information service on internet based on user's iris pattern is composed of login, filming, transmission, and analysis. A user can log into the web site and search for one's health record in the server's DB(15). The user can film one's iris by using the digital optics device(13) that's attached to the PC and send it to the server(12) through the input module(14). The received iris image is processed and analyzed in the image processing module(16) by using the iris map that is most appropriate for the iris image.
