Abstract

PURPOSE: A power-saving style back light driving device is provided to extend the usage period of a terminal by automatically turning the back light off to reduce the current waste when the voltage of a battery is under a certain standard. CONSTITUTION: The mobile wireless terminal back light driving device comprises: a user interface unit(70) for setting up a mode to control the on/off of the back light and inputting all kinds of data; a voltage check unit(30) for checking the voltage of the battery; a memory(20) for storing a certain standard voltage figure; a central processing device(10) for generating a power blocking signal(S1) if the checked voltage figure is lower than the standard voltage one; a power blocking unit(50) for blocking the power supplied to keep the back light on by responding to the power blocking signal.
