Abstract
Channel allocation method in mobile communication registers queue to base station to make phone call without redialing when base station channel is busy, and it automatically raises the priority waiting queue when there is a free channel. Call to allow a call to be made, in the mobile communication, the step of inquiring whether or not you want to be assigned to the calling party priority in the calling terminal (MS) when all channels are in use, and in the inquiry step There is a point of registering a terminal (BS) that wants to be assigned a ranking and, if the channel is empty, notifying the channel assignment according to the priority of the calling party registered in the registration step and connecting the telephone.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to mobile communications, and more particularly, to a channel assignment method in mobile communications, in which a call can be made without redialing when a base station channel is busy.
Hereinafter, a channel allocation method in a mobile communication according to the prior art will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a block diagram illustrating a schematic network of a mobile communication system.
As shown therein, a mobile station (MS) is a mobile station and a terminal for a mobile subscriber to receive mobile communication service, and a base station (BS) is a base station radio access device. Perform the access function between the mobile station and the base station.
The Mobile Telephony Switching Office (MTSO) has a mobile communication exchange function for providing mobile communication services to mobile subscribers, and the Home Location Register (HLR) is a database center that includes information on the current location of mobile stations and Manage the status, statistics and various service related data.
2 is a flowchart illustrating a channel allocation method in a mobile communication according to the prior art.
The channel allocation method in the mobile communication according to the prior art will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, when a subscriber attempts to make a call using a mobile phone (terminal: MS), the BS and the MS execute a series of call processing.
In other words, the base station (BS) continues to search whether there is an empty channel, and if there is an empty channel, the corresponding channel is allocated to the subscriber to connect the telephone.
여기서 전화 연결은 MTSO를 거쳐서 PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network:공중전화망)이나 다른 단말기(MS)에 접속함으로써 이루어진다.The telephone connection is made by connecting to a public switched telephone network (PSTN) or another terminal (MS) via MTSO.
However, if all channels are already assigned, attempting to make a mobile phone call confirms the absence of the channel, stops the call processing, and notifies the subscriber that there is no channel.
Therefore, the subscriber should try to redial, and if there are many subscribers who want to make a mobile call, the probability of success of the call will be lowered so that more frequent redial should be attempted.
However, since the channel allocation method in the mobile communication according to the prior art operates a limited number of channels, if all the channels of the base station are in use, the subscriber may try to redistribute several times, but the channel may be allocated by accident. This ratio has a problem that the success rate of the call is lowered because other subscribers who attempt to redial at the moment are more likely to be assigned channels first.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, when the base station channel is busy (Busy) when a free channel is generated by registering a queue (Queue) in the base station so that the call can be made without redialing An object of the present invention is to provide a channel assignment method in a mobile communication in which a call is made by automatically calling a caller having a priority.
1 is a configuration diagram showing a schematic network of a mobile communication system
2 is a flowchart illustrating a channel allocation method in a mobile communication according to the prior art.
3 is a flowchart illustrating a channel allocation method in mobile communication according to the present invention.
A feature of the channel assignment method in the mobile communication according to the present invention for achieving the above object is that in the mobile communication, if all channels are in use, whether the calling party (MS) wants to be assigned the call waiting priority? By registering a terminal (BS) that wants to be assigned priority, and when an empty channel occurs, it notifies the channel assignment according to the registered call waiting priority and connects the telephone.
Hereinafter, a channel allocation method in mobile communication according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The description of the configuration of the mobile communication system to which the present invention is applied is the same as that shown in FIG.
3 is a flowchart illustrating a channel allocation method in mobile communication according to the present invention.
The channel allocation method in the mobile communication according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
However, if all channels are already allocated, the MS asks if it wants to register in the queue to secure the priority of transmission.
As a result of the query, if the terminal MS wants to receive the priority of the call waiting party, it registers in the queue and receives the priority.
The registration in the queue is a phone number of a terminal MS that wants to be assigned priority.
At this time, the subscriber assigned the calling priority waits in the ready state until the channel being used is empty.
After that, when an empty channel occurs, the base station (BS) notifies the terminal (MS) of the channel assignment according to the priority registered in the queue, so that the call can be made by connecting the telephone.
As described above, the channel allocation method in the mobile communication according to the present invention registers the call waiting priority in the base station so that the call can be made without redialing when the base station channel is busy. If there is an automatic call to the priority of the call (call) to make a call has the effect that can eliminate the inconvenience caused by the redial.
In addition, the present invention has the advantage that the success rate of the call can be increased by allocating a channel in the call waiting according to the priority when an empty channel is created.
