In the unmanned alcoholic beverage sales method using an unmanned alcoholic beverage sales device in which a plurality of alcoholic beverages are displayed,
selecting one alcoholic beverage from among the plurality of alcoholic beverages displayed in the unmanned alcoholic beverage sales device;
extracting liquor information including taste and scent information of the selected liquor from a liquor information database having taste and scent information of the plurality of liquors;
extracting menu information including a menu matching the liquor information from a menu information database having information on a plurality of menus of a plurality of restaurants located within a reference distance range from the location where the unmanned liquor sales device is installed;
displaying the menu information and the liquor information on a display unit of the unmanned liquor sales device;
selecting one of a plurality of menus included in the menu information;
performing payment for the selected menu and the selected liquor through a payment unit of the unmanned liquor sales device;
transmitting payment information for the selected menu and information on a user who has paid for the selected menu to a restaurant terminal that sells the selected menu; and
Providing, by the unmanned liquor sales device, the selected liquor so that the user can obtain it;
information about an amount of payment for the selected alcoholic beverage, excluding a liquor sales commission, is transmitted to a liquor supplier terminal supplying liquor to the unmanned liquor sales device;
