상기 한 쌍의 제1 포켓에 각각 삽입되는 한 쌍의 제1 충격흡수패널;
상기 복수의 제2 포켓에 각각 삽입되는 복수의 제2 충격흡수패널; 및
상기 복수의 제3 포켓에 각각 삽입되는 복수의 제3 충격흡수패널을 포함하고,
상기 제1 포켓은, 상기 작업복 상의의 옷깃을 향해 개방되어 상기 제1 충격흡수패널이 분리 가능하게 삽입될 수 있는 제1 삽입구를 구비하는 제1 포켓부, 및 상기 옷깃과 상기 제1 포켓부 사이에서 상기 작업복 상의에 결합되어 상기 제1 삽입구를 감싸는 커버부를 포함하고,
