Accordingly, the demand for fitness clubs (centers) is rapidly increasing due to the rising interest in people's health and the craze for diet, and accordingly, the fitness club market is also showing high growth every year.

Members are doing aerobic exercise and weight training in the fitness club to improve cardiopulmonary function and increase muscle mass to increase basal metabolic rate, and these exercises are also gradually forming a group among members.

However, the conventional fitness club had a problem in that it was difficult to continue exercising due to time and space constraints, difficulties in follow-up management including diet management, the site for using exercise equipment, difficulties in managing a health program, and lack of intensive care.
