제2단말장치를 통해 다수의 구매자가 상기 판매정보를 열람하고, 하나 이상의 구매자가 구매를 선택하여 판매자와 매칭되는 단계; 및
상기 판매정보에 기초하여 일반거래, 경매거래 및 교환거래 중 적어도 하나의 거래방식에 따라 상품 거래를 관리하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 상품 거래를 관리하는 단계는,
상기 판매정보에 기초하여 상품 거래방식을 판단하는 단계; 및
판단 결과에 따라, 구매자의 대금 지급에 의해 상품거래가 이루어지는 일반거래 및 구매자의 경매입찰에 의해 상품거래가 이루어지는 경매거래 중 하나에 따라 일반거래와 경매거래 중 어느 하나를 선택하고,
상기 상품 거래방식이 경매거래로 판단되면,
상기 판매정보에 기초하여 거래대금이 지급방식을 판단하는 단계; 및
판단 결과에 따라, 현금지급 또는 현물지급 중 하나에 따라 판매자와 구매자 간 상품거래를 별도로 관리하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 지급방식이 현금지급인 경우에는
외부에서 수집된 시장정보에 기초하여 경매입찰의 가격범위를 설정하는 단계;
경매에 입찰한 다수의 구매자 중 최종 낙찰자를 선정하는 단계; 및
최종 낙찰자의 경매입찰가격에 따라 판매자와 구매자 간 대금 지급을 통한 경매거래를 관리하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 지급방식이 현물지급인 경우에는
다수의 구매자로부터 교환물품에 대한 교환정보를 제공받아 등록하는 단계;
상기 시장정보에 기초하여 교환가격범위를 설정하는 단계;
다수의 구매자 각각의 상기 교환물품 중 상기 교환가격범위 내의 하나 이상의 교환물품을 추출하여 최종 교환자를 선정하는 단계; 및
판매자의 상품과 최종 교환자의 교환물품의 물물교환을 통한 교환거래를 관리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상품거래방법.
