사용자가 손을 씻을 수 있도록 세정기본체(10)의 중간 높이에 설치되는 설치되는 세면대(21)와, 사용자가 손을 씻을 수 있도록 세면대(21)에 설치되는 수도꼭지(22)가 구비된 세면부(20);
사용자가 손을 씻고 난 후 종이타올을 버릴 수 있도록 상기 세면부(20)의 하부에 설치되며, 쓰레기통(31)과 상기 쓰레기통(31)을 세면부(20)의 하부에 꺼내거나 집어넣을 수 있게 손잡이 구멍(32)이 형성된 쓰레기수납부(30);
상기 사용자가 손을 씻고 난 후 종이타올 및 소독액이 수납되게 상기 세정기본체(10)의 상부에 설치되는 세면도구 수납부(40);를 포함하되,
상기 세정기본체(10)는
상기 쓰레기수납부(30)의 쓰레기통(31)이 탈착 가능하게 수납되도록 소정의 크기로 형성되며, 상기 쓰레기통(31)이 외부로 노출되지 않게 수납되도록 상기 쓰레기통(31)의 동일한 직경을 갖는 원호 형상으로 형성되는 쓰레기통수납홈부(11);
상기 쓰레기통수납홈부(11)의 하부에는 쓰레기통(31)과 동일한 직경으로 원호 형상으로 형성되는 쓰레기통받침판(12);
상기 쓰레기통수납홈부(11)의 상부에 소정의 높이로 형성되는 중간지지대(13);
상기 세면도구 수납부(40)가 형성되도록 상기 중간지지대(13)의 상부에 형성되는 상부지지대(14);를 포함하며,

소정의 크기로 형성되어 상면이 개방되어 반구(半球) 형상으로 형성되는 세면대(21);

사용자가 손을 씻은 후 손을 건조시킬 수 있도록 온풍이 공급되는 온풍토출구(24);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손 세정장치.
