실시예 3과 같은 방법으로 에센스를 제조하되, 마유캡슐 20 중량% 대신 정제된 마유 2 중량%, 올리브유 17 중량% 및 세라마이드 1 중량%를 혼합하여 에센스를 제조하였다. 화장료의Cosmetic 보습력Moisturizing 측정 Measure
20~ 30대 남녀 평가원 30명을 대상으로 Tewameter(TM300, Courage and Khazaka Electronic)를 이용하여 보습력을 측정하였다. 각 평가원의 상박의 일정 영역에 3M 테이프를 3회 떼었다 붙였다를 반복하여 피부 장벽을 일부 제거하였다. 이후, 23 ℃, 습도 50%의 환경에서 30분이 경과한 후 경피 수분손실량을 측정하였다. 이후 상박의 일정영역에서 4 × 4 ㎝의 영역을 선택하여 실시예 3, 실시예 4 및 비교예 2에 의한 화장료 조성물을 각각 10 ㎎씩 도포하고 3시간이 경과한 후 다시 경피수분손실량을 측정하였으며, 경피수분손실량 변화를 계산하여 표 2로 나타내었다.
