Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a glass breaking device, and more particularly, to a glass breaking device capable of automatically breaking glass upon detection of an emergency situation.
Recently, special glass such as tempered glass or fair glass has been used for subway, express bus, and high-rise building. The strength of these special glasses is usually more than five times that of glass, and ordinary men use tools such as hammer and hammer, and they do not break even when hurt.
In the event of an emergency such as a fire, overturning of a highway bus, sinking of a cruise ship, etc., it is necessary to break glass windows in order to escape or rescue people, but nowadays there is very little special device capable of destroying special glass.
In addition, in the case of a conventional hammer or hammer, it is difficult to find the hammer or hammer due to smoke or power outage in an emergency, and if the glass is not broken at a time, the person in an emergency can not maintain his or her mental state, there is a problem.
As a prior art relating to the tempered glass destruction apparatus, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0371007 (" Tempered glass destruction apparatus for emergency escape of vehicles ") can be mentioned. This design uses a spring as a power source, which makes it difficult to secure a sufficient impact force enough to break the tempered glass, and there is no countermeasure when the glass is not broken.

As shown in Figs. 5 (c) and 9, when the
Thereafter, the
The eccentric rotation of the
The present invention can continuously provide vibration with a breaking ring (153) that impacts the glass (10) to induce a crack across the entire portion of the glass (10). Accordingly, the present invention can also destroy the
In addition, according to the present invention, a vibration is generated by the eccentricity of the
As described above, the lock releasing of the
The force Fr generated by the eccentric rotation of the
In equation (1), Fr is the force that causes vibration due to unbalance of rotation due to eccentricity. m is the mass of the
For example, when the mass of the driving
Of course, the performance of the
Generally, the impact strength of the tempered

Since there are a total of nine spring members, the vertical drag applied to each of the engaging

When the latching

That is, a force of 280.8 N or more is required for the
(6)F Eccentricity Impact = Stall Torque × Gravity Acceleration ÷ Eccentric Radius ........... Formula (6)
식 (6)에 따른 F편심충돌=55.5×9.81÷1.8=302.5NF eccentric collision according to equation (6) = 55.5 × 9.81 ÷ 1.8 = 302.5 N
From the above equations, it can be seen that when the
