대화형 AI 에이전트 시스템에 의해 수행되는 대화 흐름 관리 모델을 자동으로 구축 또는 갱신하는 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 방법은, 소정의 서비스 도메인에 관련된 복수의 대화 로그를 수집하는 단계 - 서비스 도메인은 복수의 인텐트 그룹을 포함하고, 대화 로그 각각은 복수의 발화 기록들을 포함함 -; 소정의 기준에 따라, 발화 기록 각각을 복수의 인텐트 그룹 중 하나의 인텐트 그룹으로 분류하는 단계; 인텐트 그룹 각각에 대응하여, 각 대응 인텐트 그룹으로 분류된 발화 기록들을 그룹핑하는 단계; 대화 로그 각각 내에서의 발화 기록들의 순차 흐름에 기초하여, 인텐트 그룹들 간의 시계열적 순차 흐름의 확률적 분포를 획득하는 단계; 및 획득된 인텐트 그룹들 간의 시계열적 순차 흐름의 확률적 분포를 포함하도록, 서비스에 관한 대화 흐름 관리 모델을 구축 또는 갱신하는 단계를 포함한다.
