Wherein the fishing information server performs fisher authentication on the offshore wind farm complex equipment of a local fishermen who owns the local fishermen's terminal.
Wherein the step of providing the fishing information by the fishing information server comprises:
Providing preparation information for each ship to the client terminal,
And providing the recommendation information of the ship which has acquired the fishes exceeding the reference number of the fishes or whose fishes have exceeded the reference fishery size for the period within the predetermined range based on the current time, and provides fishing information using the offshore wind farm installation .
