Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mounting assisting apparatus for mounting components on an aircraft. More particularly, the present invention relates to an attachment assisting device having a structure that assists a worker's strength to facilitate attachment or detachment of parts to an aircraft and improves the work posture of an operator.
The contents described in this section merely provide background information on the embodiment of the present invention and do not constitute the prior art.
The system that assists the operator in assembling or mounting the parts is widely used in the industrial field for the purpose of reducing the fatigue of the worker and increasing the work efficiency.
For general assembly work, various types of active work assist systems using robot technology are in use. In recent years, efforts to apply robot and human collaboration system have been continued.
In addition, passive systems that do not use robot technology are used in areas where reliability and stability are required by guiding the assembly locus of an operator without using an active device such as a motor.
On the other hand, in an operation of attaching and detaching an electronic part or a mechanical part to an airplane, a worker manually performs mounting of a heavy-weight part for precise work without damaging an expensive aircraft structure.
However, due to the aircraft structure design which does not take into consideration the long-term and the desorbing work, the worker often performs work in a narrow space or performs an unfolding operation. In addition, there is a possibility that the structure around the mounting part may be damaged in the process of the operator performing the work in an uncomfortable posture, but there is no mounting assisting device to assist such a work.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an auxiliary device for mounting an aircraft component which can prevent a system error with a passive work assistant system and which can perform assembly and disassembly by moving the device according to a work place .
An aircraft component mounting assisting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixed frame portion having an upper portion for supporting a structural body and a movable frame portion supported by the fixed frame portion and movable in the longitudinal direction of the fixed frame portion, And a mounting groove which is connected to an end of the jig arm portion and is provided with a mounting groove for inserting the mounting module, the jig arm portion being connected to a part of the movable frame portion so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the movable frame portion can move, And a display portion that is electrically connected to the camera portion to display an end state of the photographed mounting module and a camera portion coupled to one side of the mounting jig to photograph an end portion of the mounting module inserted into the jig portion and the mounting groove.
The fixed frame portion may include a first fixed frame portion having a rail groove formed in a longitudinal direction thereof on one surface thereof and a second fixed frame portion spaced apart from the first fixed frame portion and spaced apart from the first fixed frame portion, And an engaging portion provided in the spacing space so that the attaching portion and the stationary frame portion are mounted on the mounting object member.
Further, the engaging portion is formed on the other surface of the fixed hook and the fixed plate formed so as to protrude from the end portion of the fixed plate, the protruded portion being engaged with the mounting subject member, And may include a fixed joint for coupling the object member and the fixed plate.
On the other hand, in the fixed joint, a fixing pad provided to fix the fixing plate to the mounting object by applying pressure to both sides of a part of the mounting target member, and a fixing pad provided on the side of the fixing pad so as to increase or decrease the pressure applied to the mounting object And may further include a pad lever provided.
In addition, the coupling portion may be provided with at least one or more coupling portions.
The aircraft component mounting assisting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention further comprises a guide frame inserted into the rail groove of the first stationary frame portion and formed with a locking protrusion so as not to be detached from the rail groove of the first stationary frame portion A moving hook formed at one end of the moving hook, a moving plate provided so as to abut one surface of the first fixing frame portion and the second fixing frame portion, one end portion of the moving plate being inserted into the rail groove of the second fixing frame portion, And a supporting frame extending upward from the moving plate and connected to a part of the jig arm to support the load of the jig arm.
Further, it may include a hollow hole formed at the other end of the moving plate, and an engaging bolt inserted into the insertion hole formed at the other end of the engaging member to engage the engaging member with the moving plate.
The first frame and the second frame are provided on both ends of the first frame and the second frame so that the frame can move on the frame without detaching the frame. And a second stopper for restricting a path that can be moved on the first stopper.
In addition, a mounting block provided on the support frame for providing a space for accommodating a part of the jig arm portion so that the jig arm portion is mounted on the support frame, and a jig arm portion provided on the mounting block, A mounting lever provided to fix the position of the mounting pad, and an elastic member connected to the mounting pad to provide a restoring force for restoring the position of the mounting pad when an external force applied to the mounting pad is removed, It can be more inclusive.
On the other hand, the jig arm portion is fixed to the mounting block partly, and has a base having a first joint at one end, a first link having one end connected to the first joint and a second joint at the other end, And a third link having a second link having a third joint at the other end and a jig connection pin having one end connected to the third joint and the other end connected to the mounting jig.
It may also comprise an adjusting screw for adjusting the first joint so that the first link is fixed at one end of the base and does not move.

The aircraft component mounting assisting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include an insertion groove into which the end of the jig connection pin is inserted, a jig base having a mounting groove for receiving the mounting module, And a camera mount which is coupled to one side of the camera module to move the camera module in the longitudinal direction of the mounting module.
The apparatus may further include a torque wrench capable of rotating the mounting bolt provided in the mounting module to fix the mounting module to the mounting body.
Further, the camera unit may further include a reflection mirror capable of changing at a predetermined angle so that the end image of the mounting module and the hall image of the mounting object can be simultaneously incident on the camera unit.
In addition, the camera unit may further include at least one or more auxiliary cameras provided to capture peripheral devices on which the mounting module is mounted.
Further, the display unit may be fixedly supported on the support frame to display the end image and the hall image.
The display unit may be fixedly supported on the support frame to display at least one image photographed by the camera unit.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, by using a passive work assist system, it is possible to prevent a system error, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of work.
In addition, since the worker can supplement the power required for the work, the fatigue of the worker can be reduced, the work time and the work efficiency can be increased.
In addition, it is possible to restrict the work area in the vertical and horizontal directions to prevent the structure damage around the mounting site.
In addition, the work can be performed while monitoring the work process, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of the work.
