Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an adjustable bone fixation plate,

The present invention relates to an osteosynthesis plate, and more particularly, to a plate for multi-angle bone joining which can be separated and assembled into a first plate and a second plate and whose angle can be adjusted by using a joining portion.

The clavicle or clavicle bone is the bone that connects the upper and the end of the dress bone and is a long bone protruding from the neck and front breast to the shoulder in a loose S shape. One of the bones constituting the shoulder, the inner end of the barb bone forms the dress bone and the appendage joint, and the outer one forms the apex of the shoulder bone and the apex joint of the apex.

In cross section of the barb bone, the dress bone (inside) is round, while the shoulder bone (outside) is flat at the top and bottom. The inside of the barb bone is convex in the forward direction and the outside is curved convexly in the backward direction.

The bolt bones are used to connect the torso and the arm from the front of the body. The knee joints at the ends of the knee joint and the knee joints at the ends of the knee joints take part in the overall shoulder movement. Therefore, when a fracture of the clavicle or dislocation of the clavicular joint or the clavicular joint occurs, the connection between the clavicle and the arm becomes unstable. If arthrosis or arthritis develops in the joints of both sides of the clavicle, pain occurs during shoulder exercise. When these joints are rigid or rigid, the overall range of shoulder motion is also reduced.

Such a bony bone not only causes various shape changes at the time of fracture but also causes a mutual torsion according to the situation of both ends of the bony bone. At this time, the practitioner forcibly restores the bone to its original position and angle for fixation of the fractured bone, and fixes the plate to use.

The collarbone plate family is used for plate fixation used for surgical treatment of clavicle fractures. The clavicle fracture, which accounts for 2% to 5% of adult fractures, is a relatively common fracture. Surgical treatment is preferred, which shortens the duration of treatment and allows for a firm internal fixation, unlike traditional methods that rely on conservative treatment.

Because of the anatomical nature of the clavicle, there are many cases where the plate (metal plate) does not fit the complicated S-shape and plate compatibility. Therefore, the plates should be equipped with various plates corresponding to the shape of the clavicle. However, as the number of plates applied to the collarbone of different shapes for different races, sexes, and people increases, the product configuration is not efficient, and the plate selection takes time. As a result, the overall operation time increases and inconvenience arises have.

Recently, foreign-developed, pre-contoured anatomical plates have been imported and used. However, this is not compatible with the anatomical characteristics of Koreans because it is produced on the basis of westerners, resulting in inconsistency with the clavicle or protrusion of the plate.

Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2014-0088332 (published on Apr. 10, 201, entitled Orthopedic Bone Plate) Korean Patent No. 10-1081269 (November 8, 2011 Announcement, title of invention: adjustable plate) Korean Patent No. 10-1096877 (Announcement of Dec. 22, 2011, title of the invention: Rigid metal plate assembly for fracture bone fixation) U.S. Patent No. 8,790,377 (issued on Mar. 31, 201, entitled "Clavicle plate and screws")

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems and it is an object of the present invention to provide a plate for joining multiple bone fragments which is anatomically suitable for various people without being limited to sex and race, It has its purpose.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bone plate for bone adjustment, the bone plate comprising: a first plate having an opening for fixing a bone; A second plate (20) formed in a curved shape and having an opening for securing the bone; A connecting portion 30 for connecting the first plate and the second plate 30 and a connecting portion 30 for connecting the first plate 10 and the second plate 20 to each other are formed to have an angle And the engaging portion 40 is formed in a sawtooth shape.

The present invention can prevent the protrusion or departure of the post-operative plate by adjusting the angle in accordance with the shape of the bone, thereby effectively fixing the fracture site during surgery, and is not limited to sexes and races. So it does not take much time to select the plate, and the efficiency of the operation can be improved.
