In a square-shaped speaker assembly, a terminal includes a first polarity terminal which connects a pad unit for being connected in a first direction and a pad unit for being connected in a second direction through a conductive unit, and a second polarity terminal which includes a pad unit for being commonly connected in the first and second directions, and provides the interface in the first and second directions of the speaker assembly. The speaker assembly is mounted in a speaker box and is connected as a set through an F-PCB. The first polarity terminal is connected to the pad unit of the short side direction and the pad unit of the long side direction by using an L-shaped conductive unit along a long side and a short side of a frame. The second polarity terminal is separated from an edge which faces an edge of the first polarity terminal. The speaker terminal includes a terminal having the pad unit which is commonly connected to the square-shaped speaker, and a terminal having the two pad units which are connected in the short side direction or the long side direction and provides the interface in the short side direction or the long side direction without changing a design, thereby saving costs by shortening a length of the F-PCB regardless of structure limit in case of being inserted into the speaker box.

Description

BIDIRECTIONAL INTERFACE TERMINAL FOR SPEAKER [0002]

The present invention relates to a speaker terminal, and more particularly, to a speaker terminal capable of providing a bidirectional interface capable of interfacing in a short side direction or a long side direction in a square type speaker module.

In general, a speaker is a type in which a driving source vibrates a diaphragm to generate sound, and a dynamic speaker, an electrostatic speaker, and a piezoelectric speaker (film type speaker) are classified according to a driving method of vibrating the diaphragm.

The most widely used dynamic method is also referred to as a moving coil type and basically includes a magnetic circuit composed of a magnet, a plate and a yoke and a magnetic circuit composed of a voice located in a gap of the magnetic circuit A voice coil, and a diaphragm that vibrates according to the motion of the voice coil. When a current flows through the voice coil, the voice coil is moved by the interaction with the magnetic field formed by the magnet. At this time, the vibration plate vibrates according to the movement of the voice coil, thereby generating sound.

On the other hand, most of the micro-speakers have a circular shape or a circular shape in appearance, and square speakers are mainly used as micro-speakers used in mobile terminals such as mobile phones.

Recently, according to the slimness of mobile devices, assembled speakers (hereinafter referred to as 'speaker boxes'), which are mounted with other components in the apparatuses rather than single speakers, are being supplied to mobile device manufacturers. In other words, when speaker box is used, it can prevent sound loss, and air compliance can be tuned by applying chamber and port, so that high quality sound characteristics can be obtained, slimmer set can be realized by implementing side sound emission, The set assembling process can be reduced.

Fig. 1 is a view showing an example of a conventional terminal which can be interfaced only in a short side direction in a square speaker, in which (a) is a state in which the frame 12 and terminals 14-1 and 14-2 are separated from each other, (C) is a view showing a state where the speaker assembly 10 is inserted into the speaker module 20 and the F-PCB 30 is connected in the short side direction.

Fig. 2 is a view showing an example of a terminal capable of interfacing only in a long side direction in a square speaker, wherein Fig. 2 (a) is a state in which the frame 12 and terminals 14-1, (C) is a view showing a state in which the speaker assembly 10 is inserted into the speaker module 20 and the F-PCB 30 is connected in the long-side direction.

1 and 2, when the speaker assembly 10 is mounted on the speaker box 20 and then connected to the set through the F-PCB 30, the terminals 14-1 and 14-2 The structure constraint is increased at the time of inserting the speaker, so that the length of the F-PCB connecting the set and the terminal becomes long, which increases the cost of the speaker box. Also, in the related art, it is possible to interface only in one direction of the speaker box. If the set model is changed, the speaker box needs to be newly designed, which increases the cost and takes time.
