Claims (5)

A bed frame portion provided with a foot at a lower end portion and a cut-out portion formed at an intermediate portion thereof;
A bed detachably coupled to an upper portion of the bed frame portion, the bed sitting or lifting up by a user advancing the pilates;
A pair of cushion-type fixing blocks coupled to each other at one side of the bed, the pair of cushion-type fixing blocks being connected to each other and supporting the legs of the user in the course of the pilates;
A seesaw type dummy pad rotatably coupled to the bed between the pair of cushion type fixing blocks;
A height pole unit disposed at a front portion of the bed frame so as to be adjustable in height;
An arm motion performing unit connected to the elevation pole unit and performing an arm motion of the one of the pilates while being elastically operated; And
And a rotatable supporter rotatably disposed at a rear portion of the bed frame portion, the rotatable supporter having an inclined support bar and supporting the shoulder and the upper body when performing a motion of the shoulder and the upper body of the pilates.
The method according to claim 1,
The elevation pole unit includes:
Fixture;
A height adjuster connected to the fixing table so as to be vertically adjustable and having a plurality of height adjusting holes;
A second bracket disposed in an engagement area between the fixing table and the height adjusting table; And
And a manually operated screw coupled to the second bracket for adjusting the height of the height adjuster.
The method according to claim 1,
Wherein the arm motion performing unit comprises:
A pulley coupled to the elevation pole unit;
An elastic wire having one end fixed to the fixing bracket of the bed frame part and the other end disposed beyond the pulley; And
And a band coupled to an exposed end of the elastic wire.
The method according to claim 1,
A support supporter provided at the rear end of the upper end of the bed frame portion where the rotary supporter is positioned, the support supporter supporting the rotary supporter; And
Further comprising a removable dummy bed cushion which is made thicker than the thickness of the bed and is disposed on the bed.
The method according to claim 1,
The bed comprises:
A base having a constant thickness and forming a lower region of the bed;
A plurality of air tubes disposed at an upper portion of the base but spaced apart from each other at equal intervals to provide a cushion;
An elastic filler filled between the air tubes;
A reinforcing plate disposed on the elastic filler to reinforce the elastic filler; And
Synthetic synthetic leather as an envelope surrounding the base, the plurality of air tubes, the elastic filler and the reinforcing plate,
Wherein a plurality of heat generating elements are arranged at equal intervals in a lower region of the base, and a far infrared ray emitting material emitting a far infrared ray substance among the heat emitting bodies is disposed in an upper region of the plurality of heating elements,
Wherein the air tube has an elliptical cross section,
The artificial synthetic leather comprises 65 to 85% by weight of a nitrocellulose lacquer composition and 15 to 35% by weight of a polyurethane composition,
Wherein the nitrocellulose lacquer composition comprises 18 to 32% by weight of an alkyd resin, 2 to 15% by weight of nitrocellulose, 2 to 11% by weight of butyl propionate, 22 to 42% by weight of a ketone compound based on the total weight of the nitrocellulose lacquer composition, 53 to 62% by weight of ethyl acetate,
The polyurethane composition comprises 13 to 18% by weight of a pigment, 45 to 55% by weight of a polyurethane emulsion, 8 to 15% by weight of methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), 3 to 15% by weight of dimethylformamide (DMF) 3 to 7% by weight of silicone, 3 to 7% by weight of silicone, 3 to 7% by weight of a crosslinking agent, 3 to 7% by weight of a urethane bond and 3 to 7% by weight of a urethane foamed foam (FOAM)
The elastic filler is formed to be four times larger than the thickness of the reinforcing plate, the base is formed to have two larger thickness than the thickness of the elastic filler,
Wherein the synthetic synthetic leather and the base are adhered with an adhesive.
