Description

[PROTECTING FILM PEELING SYSTEM]

The present invention relates to a protective film peeling system, and more particularly, to a protective film automatic peeling system capable of automatically peeling a protective film adhering to the surface of a large film.

Recently, display apparatuses have become more important as visual information delivery media, and they are becoming larger and larger. Various types of large films are attached to the surface of the liquid crystal panel in the manufacture of such a display device.

The large film is kept in a state where the protective film is attached to the surface before manufacturing, and the protective film is peeled off when bonded to the substrate or glass forming the liquid crystal panel.

At this time, the operation of peeling the protective film from the surface of the large film was carried out manually by the operator. After the operator removes the protective film from one end of the large film, the protective film is moved to the other end and is peeled by hand.

Such a conventional protective film is peeled off manually because it requires a long working time and has a different peeling time depending on the skill of the operator. Particularly, when the size is large, one worker can not perform the peeling work, so that two or more workers can collaborate. Therefore, since the labor cost is increased and the working time is lengthened, there is a disadvantage in that the production efficiency is lowered due to the delay of the next continuous process.

On the other hand, an apparatus for automatically peeling a protective film is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 10-0513244 entitled " Film peeling method, film peeling apparatus and method for manufacturing display panel, "and Patent No. 10-0855750, Protective film peeling apparatus "and the like, the disclosed peeling apparatuses are configured to automatically peel off a protective film attached to the surface of a substrate or a hard material such as glass.

There is a difficulty in applying the configuration as disclosed in the case of peeling the protective film adhered on the flexible large film.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a protective film peeling system capable of automatically peeling off a protective film attached to a surface of a large-sized flexible film.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a protective film peeling system capable of stably peeling only a protective film while fixing a position without pushing a large, flexible film during peeling work.

The above objects and various advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the preferred embodiments of the present invention by those skilled in the art.

An object of the present invention can be attained by a protective film peeling system for peeling a protective film from a film to which a protective film is attached. The protective film peeling system according to the present invention is a protective film peeling system for peeling a protective film from a film having a protective film attached thereto. The protective film peeling system adsorbs and supports the lower surface of the film, A peeling head for externally exposing a second edge of the protective film attached to the edge, a peeling head for peeling the second edge from the first edge in the peeling area and separating the second edge from the first edge, And a head transferring part for moving the peeling head part in a direction away from the peeling stage so as to completely separate the protective film from the film, wherein the peeling stage comprises: a peeling step in which the first and second edges are exposed to the outside, A stage main body having an area cut section formed thereon, A peeling knife portion provided to be movable back and forth from the outside of the stage main body to the peeling region to initially peel off the second edge from the first edge, A suction pad insertion hole is formed in the peeling area, the suction pad part includes: a lower support plate integrally connected to the stage main body; a pad shaft vertically lifted and lowered along the suction pad insertion hole; And a suction pad coupled to an upper portion of the pad shaft to absorb and support a lower end surface of the film, wherein the pad shaft has an upper region coupled with the adsorption pad, And a stepped bending region is formed between the base and the base.

According to one embodiment, the peeling knife includes: a peeling knife having a thickness thinner toward a front end; A knife support body fixed to the lower support plate; And a knife transferring portion for moving the knife support body back and forth so that the peeling knife is inserted between the first edge and the second edge.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the peeling head portion includes a pressing clamp which is movably provided up and down, and moves downward to press the protective film to fix the film to the adsorption pad; A peeling roller rotatably provided on one side of the pressing clamp, further separating the edge of the protective film separated from the film by the peeling knife from the film having a predetermined length; A film clamping unit for adsorbing and fixing the edge of the protective film separated by the peeling roller; A head body for supporting the pressurizing clamp, the peeling roller, and the film clamping unit together; And a conveyance unit coupling member coupling the head body to the head conveyance unit to move the head body.

In the protective film peeling system, the entire process of peeling the protective film from the surface of the large film proceeds automatically.

Particularly, after the lower part of the edge area where the peeling is started is fixed by the adsorption pad part, the peeling knife is inserted, the initial peeling progresses, and the process of separating the second edge of the protective film by the peeling roller proceeds, The protective film can be stably peeled while the position of the large film of the protective film is fixed.

In addition, since the entire process is carried out automatically without a worker, the labor cost for the work can be reduced to reduce the production cost.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view schematically showing an entire configuration of a protective film peeling system 1 according to the present invention.

The protective film peeling system (1) according to the present invention is used for completely separating the protective film (B) attached to the surface of the large film (A) after the peeling. In the present invention, the large film (A) for peeling the protective film (B) may be a protective film, an electrostatic film, an electrode film, an adhesive film, and the like used in various liquid crystal display devices.

The protective film peeling system 1 comprises a peeling stage 100 for adsorbing a large film A on an upper surface so that the peeling operation of the protective film B is stably progressed, A peeling head portion 200 provided movably in the Y-axis direction to clamp the second edge C of the peeled protective film B and a peeling head portion 200 for moving the peeling head portion 200, And a control section 400 for controlling the driving of the peeling stage 100 and the peeling head section 200 and the head transport section 300. The control section 400 controls the driving of the peeling head 100 and the peeling head section 200,

Fig. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the configuration of the peeling stage 100. Fig. As shown in the drawing, the peeling stage 100 includes a stage main body 110 on which the large film A is placed, a plurality of suction holes 120 formed on the plate surface of the stage main body 110, A suction pressure forming unit 130 for applying a vacuum pressure to the large diameter side surface of the stage main body 110 so that the large film A is adsorbed on the upper surface of the stage main body 110, A first edge D of the large film A and a second edge D of the protective film B which are provided so as to be movable back and forth on the stage main body 110, And a peeling knife portion 150 which is inserted between the second edges C.

The stage main body 110 is formed with an area where large-size films A having various areas can be adsorbed. The stage body 110 of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is fixedly positioned, but the stage body 110 may be movably provided as the case may be. That is, the stage main body 110 moves, and the large film A is supplied from the large film supply unit (not shown) and is adsorbed on the upper surface, and is moved to the peeling position to peel off the protective film B.

The stage body 110 may be provided corresponding to the shape of the large film A to be peeled. For example, when the large film A is rectangular, the stage body 110 is also formed in a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. At this time, the stage main body 110 is provided with the peeling area 111 for peeling the second edge C from the first edge D.

The peeling area 111 is provided in a corner area of the rectangular stage body 110. The peeling area 111 is formed of a material different from the other areas of the stage main body 110. A suction hole 120 for forming vacuum pressure is formed on the plate surface of the stage body 110 but a suction hole 120 is not formed in the separation area 111. [ Instead, the peeling area 111 is formed with a suction pad insertion hole 115 through which the suction pad 143 is moved up and down.

The peeling area 111 is formed with a cut surface 113 cut at a front end thereof by a predetermined area. When the large film A is loaded on the upper face of the peeling area 111 by the cutting plane 113, the first edge D of the large film A and the tip of the second edge C corresponding thereto are shown in Fig. (W) is exposed to the outside of the peeling area 111 as shown in FIG. That is, the first edge D of the large film A is exposed to the air in the form of a free end.

Since the first edge D and the second edge C are exposed in a free end form, the release knife 151 to be described later can be easily inserted between the first edge D and the second edge C .

At this time, the cut surface 113 is formed such that the length (w) of the first edge D and the second edge C, which are exposed to the outside, is the minimum length at which the peeling knife 151 can be inserted, A can be stably fixed.

The adsorption holes 120 are uniformly formed in the remaining regions except for the peeling region 111 of the peeling stage 100 to apply a vacuum pressure formed in the adsorption pressure forming portion 130 and are formed on the upper surface of the peeling stage 100 So that the position of the film (A) is fixed. The suction pressure forming unit 130 applies a vacuum pressure or releases the vacuum pressure under the control of the controller 400 so that the large film A is fixed to or separated from the upper portion of the stage body 110.

The adsorption pad unit 140 is vertically movable from the lower part of the peeling area 111 to the lower part of the first edge D. The adsorption pad unit 140 includes a pad axis 141 and an adsorption pad 143 provided on the upper surface of the pad axis 141 for adsorbing the lower surface of the first edge D by applying a vacuum pressure, And a pad vacuum forming part (not shown) for forming a vacuum pressure through a suction hole 143a of the suction pad 143 although not shown in the drawing.

The pad shaft 141 is formed with a bending region 141b between the pad shaft 141 and the upper region 141a to be coupled with the adsorption pad 143. [ The bending region 141b is contacted with the lower end surface of the peeling stage 100 to limit the insertion length of the pad shaft 141 when the pad shaft 141 is lifted into the suction pad insertion hole 115.

5, when the pad shaft 141 is lifted to the maximum within the adsorption pad insertion hole 115, the adsorption pad 143 is exposed to the upper surface of the separation stage 100 and is seated in the separation region 111 And is brought into contact with the lower surface of the first edge (D). When a vacuum pressure is applied to the suction hole 143a of the suction pad 143, the first edge D is sucked by the suction pad 143 to fix the position.

The peeling knife portion 150 is inserted between the first edge D and the second edge C to initially peel the first edge D and the second edge C. [ The peeling knife portion 150 is provided outside the peeling region 111 as shown in Fig.

Here, the adsorption pad unit 140 and the peeling knife unit 150 are provided integrally with the stage body 110. A lower support plate 160 is coupled to a lower portion of the stage main body 110 and an adsorption pad unit 140 and a peeling knife unit 150 are coupled to an upper portion of the lower support plate 160.

The peeling knife portion 150 includes a knife support main body 153 vertically disposed on the lower support plate 160, a peeling knife 151 having a sharp tip (151a in Fig. 6), a peeling knife 151, A knife support portion 155 to be coupled to the upper portion of the main body 153 and a knife transfer portion 157 to move the knife support main body 153 back and forth.

The peeling knife 151 is formed in the form of a flat plate having a predetermined length. At this time, the tip 151a of the peeling knife 151 is formed thinner toward the end so as to be easily inserted between the first edge D and the second edge C. In this case, The vertical position of the peeling knife 151 corresponds between the first edge D and the second edge C. [

The knife support part (155) fixes the peeling knife (151) on the knife support body (153). The knife transfer unit 157 transfers the knife support main body 153 forward by the control of the control unit 400. [ Whereby the peeling knife 151 is inserted between the first edge D and the second edge C and the second edge C is peeled from the surface of the first edge D as shown in Fig.

The peeling head 200 moves the initially peeled second edge C from the first edge D of the large film A by the peeling knife 151 so that the protective film B contacts the large film A, Respectively.

Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the structure of the peeling head portion 200. Fig. In Fig. 3, a working fluid supply line and an electric wiring line are not shown so that each configuration of the peeling head portion 200 is driven.

The peeling head unit 200 includes a pressing clamp 210 which is moved up and down and presses the second edge C exposed to the outside of the cut surface 113 of the stage body 110 and the peeling knife 151 A peeling roller 220 for picking up the second edge C and rotating and separating the second edge C and fixing the second edge C separated from the first edge D by the peeling roller 220, A head body 240 for holding the film clamping part 230 together with the pressing clamp 210 and the peeling roller 220 and the protective film clamping part 230 and a fixing part 240 for fixing the head body 240 to the head conveying part 300 And a conveyance portion engaging member 250 for movably engaging with each other.

The pressing clamp 210 is moved up and down and presses the upper portion of the second edge C to fix the position of the protective film B in the peeling area 111. [ 4, when a large film A is placed on the upper surface of the stage main body 110, a vacuum pressure is formed through the suction holes 120 so that the large film A is adhered to the upper surface of the stage main body 110 The position is fixed.

At this time, the edge regions C and D located in the peeling region 111 where the adsorption holes 120 are not formed are not fixed in position. The pressing clamp 210 is moved downward and presses the second edge C of the protective film B to fix the position of the protective film B in the peeling area 111. [

The pressurizing clamp 210 is moved up and down by the clamp elevating portion 211. An elevating cylinder 213 is coupled to the upper portion of the pressure clamp 210 and the clamp elevating portion 211 is moved up and down by adjusting the length of the elevating cylinder 213. The clamp elevator 211 ascends and descends the lifting cylinder 213 by a hydraulic pressure or a mechanical driving force by a control signal of the controller 400. [

The peeling roller 220 has a function of peeling the second edge C of the initially peeled protective film B from the first edge D of a predetermined length by the insertion of the peeling knife 151 as shown in FIG. . The peeling roller 220 is rotated while being moved up and down by the roller rotating / lifting drive portion 223.

When the pressing clamp 210 is operated or the protective film clamping part 230 is operated, the peeling roller 220 is moved upward to prevent interference and moved down when the second edge C is adsorbed.

The peeling roller 220 is formed of a material whose surface is coated with an adhesive material. When the peeling roller 220 contacts the second edge C, the second edge C is fixed to the surface of the peeling roller 220 by the adhesive force of the sticking material. 6, the second edge C is wound on the circumferential surface of the peeling roller 220, and the second edge C is wound on the circumferential surface of the peeling roller 220. As a result, The edge C can be separated from the first edge D. [

That is, the peeling knife 151 described above separates the second edge C from the first edge D, and the peeling roller 220 separates the second edge C from the first edge D D).

The protective film clamping portion 230 clamps the second edge C separated from the first edge D by a predetermined length by the peeling roller 220. The protective film B can be separated from the large film A by moving the conveyance unit engaging member 250 along the head conveyance unit 300 with the protective film clamping unit 230 clamping the second edge C .

The protective film clamping unit 230 includes a fixed suction plate 231 fixed to the position, a moving suction plate 233 moved back and forth, a suction plate transfer unit 235 moving back and forth the moving suction plate 233, (Not shown) for moving the fixed adsorption plate 231 and the mobile adsorption plate 233 up and down.

(Not shown) is coupled to the fixed attracting plate 231 and the moving attracting plate 233 so that a vacuum is formed on the plate surface so that the second corner C is attracted.

The attracting plate 233 is moved back and forth by the conveying unit 235 and is spaced apart or in contact with the fixed attracting plate 231. When the second edge C is peeled off by the peeling roller 220 and is raised from the first edge D by a predetermined angle, the fixed attraction plate 231 and the moving attraction plate 233 are separated from each other by the peeling roller 220). At this time, when the peeling roller 220 is lifted, the second edge C is maintained in a state of being curled upward in a predetermined length from the first edge D, and the fixed attraction plate 231 and the moving attraction plate 233, Is moved to a position corresponding to the second edge (C).

The movable attracting plate 233 moves toward the fixed attracting plate 231 so that the second corner C is fixed between the fixed attracting plate 231 and the moving attracting plate 233. [ At this time, since the adsorption holes 233a are formed in the mobile adsorption plate 233 and the stationary adsorption plate 231 to form a vacuum air pressure, the second edge C is stably held between the stationary adsorption plate 231 and the mobile adsorption plate 233 Can be fixed.

The head body 240 supports the press clamp 210, the peeling roller 220, and the protective film clamping portion 230 together. The head body 240 is engaged with the conveyance unit engaging member 250 so that the head body 240 is moved along the head conveyance unit 300 while the second edge C is fixed to the protective film clamping unit 230.

The conveying member engaging member 250 is coupled to the head conveying unit 300 and is moved along the conveying unit 300. The configuration of the conveyance unit engaging member 250 may be variously formed according to the manner in which the head conveyance unit 300 is driven.

The head transfer unit 300 moves the peeling head unit 200 so that the protective film B is completely separated from the surface of the large-size film A. 1, the head conveying unit 300 includes an X-axis conveying rail 310 to which the peeling head unit 200 is coupled, a Y-axis conveying rail 320 formed to be parallel to both sides of the peeling stage 100, And a head transport driving part 330 that forms a driving force so that the peeling head part 200 moves along the X-axis transporting rail 310 and the Y-axis transporting rail 320.

The head conveyance driving part 330 and each of the conveyance rails 310 and 320 may be formed of a ball screw, a reducer, and a servo motor. In addition, the head transport driving unit 330 may be implemented using a pneumatic or hydraulic pressure.

The control unit 400 controls the driving of the structures so that the respective components are operated at the timing inputted by the operator through the input unit (not shown).

A process of peeling the protective film (B) of the large film (A) using the protective film peeling system (1) according to the present invention having such a structure will be described with reference to Figs.

First, a large film A on which a protective film B is adhered is placed on the upper surface of the stage main body 110. 3, when the large film A is seated, the adsorption pressure forming unit 130 forms the vacuum pressure, and the adsorption holes 120 apply the vacuum pressure to the large film A, .

At this time, the first edge D of the large film A disposed in the peeling region 111 of the stage main body 110 and the second edge D of the protective film B attached to the upper portion of the first edge D The edge C is exposed to the outside of the cut surface 113 by a predetermined length w.

At this time, the peeling roller 220 and the protective film clamping part 230 are moved upward. The adsorption pad unit 140 is also located below the stage body 110. In this state, the peeling head portion 200 moves to the upper portion of the edge regions C and D, and the clamp lifting portion 211 lowers the pressurizing clamp 210. The pressing clamp 210 presses the second edge C of the protective film B disposed in the peeling area 111 to fix the position.

When the pressure clamp 210 presses the second edge C in the downward direction from the upper side, the pad shaft 141 is pressed against the pad pad 115 by the pad pressing portion 145 It rises accordingly. The adsorption pad 143 provided on the upper part of the pad shaft 141 is moved to the upper part of the peeling area 111 and the first edge D of the large film A is adsorbed by the vacuum pressure to fix the position.

When the first edge D is fixed in position by the adsorption pad 143, the pressure clamp 210 which has pressed the second edge C upward in the upward direction. 5, the peeling knife 151 advances and is inserted between the first edge D exposed to the outside of the cut surface 113 and the second edge C, as shown in FIG. The sharp tip 151a of the peeling knife 151 penetrates between the first edge D and the second edge C to initially peel off the second edge C. [

When the second edge C is initially peeled off, the head main body 240 moves as shown in Fig. 6, and the peeling roller 220 is lowered. The peeling roller 220 presses the upper surface of the second edge C as shown in the enlarged view in Fig. 6, and the initially peeled second edge C is adhered to the surface of the peeling roller 220. [ In this state, when the peeling roller 220 rotates in the direction in which the second edge C separates from the first edge D, the second edge C is wound on the surface of the peeling roller 220, The second edge C is peeled off by the circumferential length of the circumferential edge of the second edge 220.

When the peeling roller 220 rotates in the range of 120 ° to 270 ° and the second edge C is peeled by a predetermined length, the peeling roller 220 is lifted and the protective film clamping part 230 is lowered. The peeling roller 220 is separated from the second edge C by the rising pressure of the peeling roller 220 and the second edge C curled at a certain curvature after being separated from the first edge D (231) and the moving attracting plate (233).

The moving attracting plate 233 is moved to the fixed attracting plate 231 and the second edge C is fixed between the fixed attracting plate 231 and the moving attracting plate 233. [ 7, when the second edge C is fixed to the protective film clamping part 230, the adsorption pad part 140 descends. Also, the peeling knife portion 150 is also reversed.

When the second edge C is fixed to the protective film clamping part 230, the conveying part engaging member 250 is moved along the head conveying part 300. When the peeling head portion 200 is moved as shown in Fig. 8, the protective film B is peeled off from the surface of the large film A by the conveying pressure of the peeling head portion 200 and separated.

9, the control unit 400 controls the peeling head unit 200 to move along the X-axis feed rail 310 in a direction opposite to the peeling area 111 Transfer. Then, along the Y-axis transferring rail 320, the protective film B is peeled off by moving it to the end.

The length L2 of the Y-axis transferring rail 320 is preferably at least twice the length L1 of the stage main body 110 for complete separation of the protective film B.

Here, the protective film collecting box 340 for collecting the peeled protective film B is provided at the rear end of the stage main body 110.

The large film A from which the protective film B has been peeled is moved for a subsequent process and a new large film A with the protective film B adhered thereto is supplied on the stage main body 110.

As described above, in the protective film peeling system according to the present invention, the entire process of peeling the protective film from the surface of the large film proceeds automatically.
