Abstract
본 발명은 회로 내에 유입된 이물질을 신속하게 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 자동변속기의 유압회로에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동변속기의 유압회로는, 복수개의 변속단을 구현하도록 자동변속기에 구비된 복수개의 마찰요소에 유압을 공급하는 자동변속기의 유압회로로서, 상기 마찰요소에 요구되는 작동유압이 공급되도록 유압을 제어하는 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브; 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브와 상기 마찰요소를 연결하고, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에서 제어된 유압이 상기 마찰요소에 공급되도록 구비된 공급유로; 및 상기 공급유로를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 상기 공급유로 상에 개재되는 스위치 밸브; 를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동변속기의 유압회로는, 복수개의 변속단을 구현하도록 자동변속기에 구비된 복수개의 마찰요소에 유압을 공급하는 자동변속기의 유압회로로서, 상기 마찰요소에 요구되는 작동유압이 공급되도록 유압을 제어하는 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브; 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브와 상기 마찰요소를 연결하고, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에서 제어된 유압이 상기 마찰요소에 공급되도록 구비된 공급유로; 및 상기 공급유로를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 상기 공급유로 상에 개재되는 스위치 밸브; 를 포함할 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 자동변속기의 유압회로에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 회로 내에 유입된 이물질의 제거가 용이한 자동변속기의 유압회로에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동변속기는 주행 차속과 스로틀 밸브의 개도 변화에 따라 설정된 변속 패턴에서 임의의 목표 변속단을 추출한 다음 유압의 듀티 제어를 통해 변속기어 메커니즘의 여러 작동요소를 동작시켜 목표 변속단으로의 변속이 자동으로 이루어지도록 함으로써, 운전의 편리성을 제공하는 장치이다. 이러한 자동변속기는 다양한 변속단을 구현하도록 유압에 의해 작동되는 클러치 및 브레이크와 같은 복수개의 마찰요소를 포함한다.
하지만, 상기 복수개의 마찰요소에 유압을 공급하도록 구비된 자동변속기의 유압회로 내에 이물질이 유입되면, 자동변속기의 성능을 저하시키거나 변속 불량이 발생될 수 있다. 특히, 변속 불량은 운전자의 만족도에 악영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 심각한 사고로 연결될 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창출된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 회로 내에 유입된 이물질을 신속하게 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 자동변속기의 유압회로를 제공하는 것이다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동변속기의 유압회로는, 복수개의 변속단을 구현하도록 자동변속기에 구비된 복수개의 마찰요소에 유압을 공급하는 자동변속기의 유압회로로서, 상기 마찰요소에 요구되는 작동유압이 공급되도록 유압을 제어하는 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브; 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브와 상기 마찰요소를 연결하고, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에서 제어된 유압이 상기 마찰요소에 공급되도록 구비된 공급유로; 및 상기 공급유로를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 상기 공급유로 상에 개재되는 스위치 밸브; 를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 자동변속기의 유압회로는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 오일을 공급하도록 구비된 유입유로 및 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브로부터 오일이 유출되도록 구비된 유출유로를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 유입유로를 통하여 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입되는 오일 및 상기 유출유로를 통하여 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브로부터 유출되는 오일에 따라 상기 마찰요소에 공급되는 유압이 제어될 수 있다.
상기 자동변속기의 유압회로는 상기 스위치 밸브를 작동시키도록 구비된 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브 및 상기 스위치 밸브를 원위치 시키도록 구비된 탄성부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 스위치 밸브는 상기 공급유로 상에 선택적으로 위치됨으로써 상기 공급유로를 개방하도록 형성된 연결부 및 상기 공급유로 상에 선택적으로 위치됨으로써 상기 공급유로를 폐쇄하도록 형성된 차단부를 포함하고, 상기 스위치 밸브가 작동되면, 상기 차단부가 상기 공급유로 상에 위치되고, 상기 스위치 밸브가 원위치되면, 상기 연결부가 상기 공급유로 상에 위치될 수 있다.
상기 공급유로가 폐쇄된 상태에서 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입된 이물질이 제거되는 작동이 수행될 수 있다.
상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에서 발생되는 작동유압이 제어되도록 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브의 내부에서 왕복운동 하는 스풀이 구비되고, 상기 공급유로가 폐쇄된 상태에서 상기 스풀이 왕복운동 됨으로써, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입된 이물질이 제거될 수 있다.
상기 스위치 밸브는 상기 마찰요소에 연결된 공급유로마다 적어도 하나 이상 배치되도록 복수개가 구비되고, 상기 복수개의 스위치 밸브 중 적어도 두 개 이상은 하나의 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브와 연결될 수 있다.
상기 복수개의 스위치 밸브가 하나의 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브와 연결되는 경우, 상기 모든 마찰요소에 연결된 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입된 이물질이 동시에 제거될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 유압회로 내의 이물질이 신속하게 효과적으로 제거됨으로써, 자동변속기의 성능이 향상되고, 운전자의 만족도가 보장될 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.

도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동변속기의 유압회로는 클러치 또는 브레이크 등의 마찰요소(40)에 유압을 공급하는 회로이다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동변속기의 유압회로는 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(proportional control solenoid valve, 10), 유입유로(12), 유출유로(14), 체크밸브(18), 공급유로(16), 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20), 스위치 밸브(30), 및 탄성부재(32)를 포함한다.
일반적으로, 자동변속기에는 복수개의 마찰요소(40)가 구비되고, 하나의 마찰요소(40)마다 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)가 연결된다.
상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)는 상기 마찰요소(40)에 요구되는 작동유압이 공급되도록 유압을 제어하는 밸브이다.

상기 유입유로(12)는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에 오일을 공급하도록 형성된 유로이다. 또한, 상기 유출유로(14)는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)로부터 오일이 유출되도록 형성된 유로이다. 나아가. 상기 유입유로(12)를 통하여 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)로 유입되는 오일의 양과 상기 유출유로(14)를 통하여 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)로부터 유출되는 오일의 양에 따라 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)로부터 상기 마찰요소(40)에 공급되는 작동유압이 결정된다. 하지만, 이에 한정되지 않으며, 상기 마찰요소(40)에 요구되는 작동유압에 따라 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에서 발생되는 유압이 제어되는 메커니즘은 당업자에 의해 다양하게 설계될 수 있다.

상기 공급유로(16)는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)와 상기 마찰요소(40)를 연결한다. 또한, 상기 공급유로(16)는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에서 발생되는 상기 마찰요소(40)의 작동유압이 상기 마찰요소(40)에 공급되도록 형성된 유로이다.
상기 스위치 밸브(30)는 상기 공급유로(16) 상에 개재된다. 또한, 상기 스위치 밸브(30)는 상기 공급유로(16)를 선택적으로 개폐한다. 또한, 상기 스위치 밸브(30)의 일단은 상기 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)와 연결되고, 타단은 상기 탄성부재(32)와 접촉된다.
상기 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)는 상기 스위치 밸브(30)를 작동시키는 액츄에이터(actuator)로서 기능한다. 또한, 상기 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)는 전자석에 의해 온(ON) 또는 오프(OFF) 작동을 수행하는 전자밸브이다. 이러한 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)는 당업자에게 자명하므로 더 이상의 자세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
상기 탄성부재(32)는 상기 스위치 밸브(30)를 원위치 시키도록 구비된다. 또한, 상기 탄성부재(32)는 코일 스프링일 수 있다.
상기 스위치 밸브(30)는 연결부(34) 및 차단부(36)를 포함한다.
상기 연결부(34)는 상기 공급유로(16)를 개방하고, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에서 발생된 작동유압이 상기 마찰요소(40)에 공급되도록 구비된다.
상기 차단부(36)는 상기 공급유로(16)를 폐쇄하고, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에서 발생된 작동유압이 상기 마찰요소(40)에 공급되는 것을 차단하도록 구비된다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)가 OFF 상태이면, 상기 탄성부재(32)가 상기 스위치 밸브(30)를 일방향으로 밀게 된다. 또한, 상기 연결부(34)가 상기 공급유로(16) 상에 위치되고, 작동유압이 상기 마찰요소(40)에 공급된다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)가 ON 작동되면, 상기 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)가 상기 스위치 밸브(30)를 반대방향으로 밀게 된다. 또한, 상기 차단부(36)가 상기 공급유로(16) 상에 위치되고, 작동유압의 공급이 차단된다.
상기 마찰요소(40)로 공급되는 작동유압이 상기 스위치 밸브(30)에 의해 차단된 동안, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)로 유입된 이물질을 제거하는 작동이 수행될 수 있다.
상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)는 액츄에이터(15), 작동부(17), 및 스풀(19)를 포함한다.
상기 액츄에이터(15)는 전류를 공급받아 작동되며, 상기 작동부(17)의 동력원이 되는 부분이다.
상기 작동부(17)는 상기 유입유로(12), 상기 유출유로(14), 및 상기 공급유로(16)가 형성된 부분이다. 또한, 상기 작동부(17)는 상기 액츄에이터(15)의 동력에 의해 작동되며, 상기 유입유로(12) 및 상기 유출유로(14)를 상기 공급유로(16)와 선택적으로 연결시키도록 작동된다.
상기 스풀(19)은 상기 작동부(17)에 배치되고, 상기 작동부(17)의 상기 유로들(12, 14, 16)을 선택적으로 연결시키도록 상기 작동부(17)의 내부에서 왕복운동 한다. 즉, 상기 스풀(19)은 상기 액츄에이터(15)의 동력에 의해 왕복운동 되도록 구비된다.
이러한 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에 구비되는 상기 액츄에이터(15), 작동부(17), 및 스풀(19)은 당업자에게 자명하므로 더 이상의 자세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
한편, 상기 스풀(19)의 왕복운동을 이용하면, 상기 유로들(12, 14, 16)을 통하여 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에 유입된 이물질을 배출시킬 수 있다.
도 1 및 도 2에는 상기 스풀(19)의 형상을 개략적으로 도시하였다. 여기서, 상기 스풀(19) 및 상기 유로들(12, 14, 16)의 형상은 당업자의 설계에 따라 다양하게 변경될 수 있다.
이하, 상기 마찰요소(40)로 공급되는 작동유압이 차단된 동안 수행되는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)로 유입된 이물질을 제거하는 작동을 설명한다.
상기 마찰요소(40)로 공급되는 작동유압이 차단되면, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)의 작동이 상기 마찰요소(40)의 작동에 영향을 주지 않는다. 따라서, 상기 마찰요소(40)로 공급되는 작동유압이 차단된 동안, 상기 스풀(19)을 자유롭게 왕복운동 시킬 수 있다. 또한, 상기 스풀(19)의 왕복운동에 의해 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)로 유입된 이물질이 제거될 수 있다. 나아가, 상기 스풀(19)이 풀 스트로크로 왕복운동 됨에 따라 이물질의 제거 효율이 극대화될 수 있다.
한편, 자동변속기에 복수개가 구비된 각 마찰요소(40)마다 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10) 및 상기 스위치 밸브(30)를 포함하는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동변속기의 유압회로가 적용되고, 상기 복수개의 마찰요소(40)에 연결된 각각의 스위치 밸브(30)가 동시에 작동될 수 있다.
다시 말해, 상기 복수개의 마찰요소(40)에 연결된 각각의 스위치 밸브(30)를 하나의 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)에 연결시키면, 상기 하나의 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브(20)가 온 또는 오프로 작동됨에 따라 상기 각각의 스위치 밸브(30)가 동시에 작동된다.
예를 들어, 설정된 변속단에서 설정된 시간동안 상기 복수개의 마찰요소(40)에 연결된 각각의 스위치 밸브(30)는 작동유압의 공급이 차단되도록 작동되고, 동시에 상기 스풀(19)이 풀 스트로크로 왕복운동 됨으로써 상기 복수개의 마찰요소(40)에 연결된 각각의 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에서 이물질이 제거된다.
상기 설정된 변속단은 P단일 수 있고, 상기 설정된 시간은 P단에서 브레이크 OFF 후 2초간 일 수 있다. 나아가, 상기 설정된 변속단 및 상기 설정된 시간은 당업자의 설계에 따라 다양하게 변경될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 유압회로 내의 이물질이 신속하게 효과적으로 제거됨으로써, 자동변속기의 성능이 향상되고, 운전자의 만족도가 보장될 수 있다.
이상으로 본 발명에 관한 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 실시예로부터 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의한 용이하게 변경되어 균등하다고 인정되는 범위의 모든 변경을 포함한다.

Claims (9)
- 복수개의 변속단을 구현하도록 자동변속기에 구비된 복수개의 마찰요소에 유압을 공급하는 자동변속기의 유압회로에 있어서,
상기 마찰요소에 요구되는 작동유압이 공급되도록 유압을 제어하는 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브;
상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브와 상기 마찰요소를 연결하고, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에서 제어된 유압이 상기 마찰요소에 공급되도록 구비된 공급유로;
상기 공급유로를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 상기 공급유로 상에 개재되는 스위치 밸브;
상기 스위치 밸브를 작동시키도록 구비된 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브; 및
상기 스위치 밸브를 원위치 시키도록 구비된 탄성부재;
를 포함하되,
상기 스위치 밸브는 상기 마찰요소에 연결된 공급유로마다 적어도 하나 이상 배치되도록 복수개가 구비되고,
상기 복수개의 스위치 밸브가 하나의 온/오프 솔레노이드 밸브와 연결되는 경우, 상기 모든 마찰요소에 연결된 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입된 이물질이 동시에 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 오일을 공급하도록 구비된 유입유로; 및
상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브로부터 오일이 유출되도록 구비된 유출유로;
를 더 포함하는 자동변속기의 유압회로. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유입유로를 통하여 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입되는 오일 및 상기 유출유로를 통하여 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브로부터 유출되는 오일에 따라 상기 마찰요소에 공급되는 유압이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압회로. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스위치 밸브는,
상기 공급유로 상에 선택적으로 위치됨으로써 상기 공급유로를 개방하도록 형성된 연결부; 및
상기 공급유로 상에 선택적으로 위치됨으로써 상기 공급유로를 폐쇄하도록 형성된 차단부;
를 포함하고,
상기 스위치 밸브가 작동되면, 상기 차단부가 상기 공급유로 상에 위치되고,
상기 스위치 밸브가 원위치되면, 상기 연결부가 상기 공급유로 상에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급유로가 폐쇄된 상태에서 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입된 이물질이 제거되는 작동이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압회로. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에는 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에서 발생되는 작동유압이 제어되도록 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브의 내부에서 왕복운동 하는 스풀이 구비되고,
상기 공급유로가 폐쇄된 상태에서 상기 스풀이 왕복운동 됨으로써, 상기 비례제어 솔레노이드 밸브에 유입된 이물질이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압회로. - 삭제
