Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mussel washing and separating apparatus, and more particularly, to a mussel washing apparatus for harvesting a mussel cultured in a farm, thereby cleaning foreign matter on the shell and separating the mussel.
Mussels are rich in taurine, protein, unsaturated fats, various vitamins and minerals, and are used in a variety of foodstuffs.
These mussels are usually produced by aquaculture at shallow depths of the coast. They are grown under long-term seawater conditions and should be cleaned of various foreign substances (mussels, beards, mussels, other parasites, etc.) For commercial purposes, the mussels are pre-washed, packaged and sold.
In order to wash the mussels, Japanese Patent Application No. 10-1211483 (a device for removing and washing the mussel's beard) provided a device for removing the mussel's whisker and washing it with wash water.

In addition, there is a disadvantage in that the mussels can not be separated from each other by the mussels during the aquaculture process.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a mussel washing and separating device for separating foreign matter from rubbed mussels while transferring the mussel in water, There is a purpose.

A conveying screw installed in the transverse direction of the body part in the transverse direction but only to a position corresponding to the body part, the conveying screw for conveying the mussels injected by the externally applied power and washing and separating them by friction;
A washing water supply pipe for supplying washing water to the inside of the body part;
And is rotatable on the rotary shaft of the conveying screw on the inner side between the body part and the sorting part and is fixed on the inner side of the sorting part and rotated together with the sorting part, And a blocking plate for preventing water from flowing out or leaking out toward the screening net.
In accordance with the present invention, the mussels are transported by the transfer screw from inside the body containing water, and the mussels are washed by friction, thereby effectively removing the foreign substances fixed to the shell.
