손잡이를 가지며, 송풍팬과 히터를 순차적으로 내장하고 외부의 공기를 흡입하여 그대로 상온의 송풍을 이루게 하거나, 흡입된 외부의 공기를 히터에 통과시키면서 열교환 된 열풍을 송풍구로 배출되게 형성한 본체와,
상기 본체의 송풍구에 부가적으로 축핀에 의해 설치되어 송풍팬에 의해 송풍을 배출하는 송풍캡과,
상기 송풍캡을 좌, 우 회전할 수 있게 일측단부를 고정핀에 연결된 작동간과,
상기 작동간이 편심회전할 수 있도록 타측단부를 연결된 편심회전축과,
