QR코드 인식 애플리케이션이 구비되어 상기 QR코드 표식체의 QR코드를 인식하게 되고, 상기 QR코드 서버와 통신할 수 있는 스마트 폰으로 이루어지는 리더기를 포함하여,
상기 QR코드 표식체의 QR코드를 통해 개인의 개인정보가 식별되어 필요한 조치가 취해질 수 있도록 하되,
