컵을 홀딩하는 컵홀더(130)와, 휴대폰을 거치하는 휴대폰거치대(120)와, 상기 컵홀더(130) 및 휴대폰거치대(120)를 연결하는 지지부(110)로 구성되어, 차량내부에서 휴대폰과 컵을 함께 거치할 수 있는 컵홀더를 구비한 휴대폰거치대에 있어서,
상기 지지부(110)는 차 내부의 데시보드의 바닥면에 고정되는 지지판(111)과, 상기 지지판(111)의 상부에 결합되어 높이 및 방향을 조절하는 플렉시블한 와이어(112)와, 상기 와이어(112)의 상부에 결합되어 컵홀더(130) 및 휴대폰거치대(120)를 지지하는 지지봉(113)으로 구성되되, 상기 지지봉(113)의 일측에는 컵홀더(130)가 결합되고, 타측에는 휴대폰거치대(120)가 결합되며,
상기 컵홀더(130)에는 상, 하면이 관통된 안착홀(131)이 형성되고, 상기 안착홀(131)에 컵이 거치되는 것으로, 상기 컵홀더(130)는 지지봉(113)에 힌지(133)로 결합되어 회동가능하게 설치되되, 상기 지지봉(113)에는 추가로 컵홀더고정판(132)이 결합되며, 상기 컵홀더고정판(132)은 컵홀더(130)의 저면에 위치하도록 설치되어 상기 컵홀더(130)가 하부로 처지는 것을 방지함으로써 사용자가 상기 컵홀더(130)를 사용할 때, 컵홀더(130)가 바닥면과 수평으로 유지되며,
