In general, to produce precious metals by casting, mainly lost casting (lost casting) method (jewelry casting) is used.
Conventional traditional precious metal casting process involves coagulating the original photocurable resin using a gypsum flask and keeping the original part of the resin in the atmosphere for a preset time at the set temperature, selectively pyrolyzing only the resin part made of organic material and then casting precious metal To produce a final metal master pattern. Thereafter, a pattern is mass-produced with wax, and a large number of patterns are connected in a tree form to produce a plurality of products in a large amount. Another method is to directly use the original photocurable resin as a master pattern, to make a direct mold by using a silicone resin which is cured at room temperature, to remove the original resin, and then to use a wax pattern commonly used in precious metal casting And finally manufacturing a number of final (ear) metal products using the conventional gypsum flask-casting process.

3 is a block diagram showing a method of manufacturing an injection mold using a low-temperature coating for a resin original according to the present invention. FIGS. 4 and 5 illustrate a method of manufacturing an injection mold using a low- A ZnO thin film forming step which is a low temperature coating method is shown in a block diagram and a schematic view.
According to these drawings, an injection mold manufacturing method using a low temperature coating for a resin original according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a resin original manufacturing step (S100), a diffusion preventing layer forming step (S110), a mold making step (S120) Step S130 and a resin original removal step S140.
Here, the injection mold manufacturing method using the low-temperature coating for resin original according to the present invention can be applied to the production of a rubber mold for a precious metal ornamental casting product, ㎛ filter module, it can be applied to the production of resin master, the production of mold using it, and the production and duplication of resin master pattern in the production of prototype of precision parts such as precision machine parts and automobile parts.
The resin original manufacturing step (S100) is a step of manufacturing a resin original in a shape corresponding to the molding object. Here, it is exemplified that the resin original in the resin original manufacturing step (S100) is made of a photo-curable resin, an organic constituting resin and wax, and the original resin in this embodiment is made of a photo-curable resin of urethane acrylic system.
That is, the resin original manufacturing step (S100) is a resin original having a concavo-convex curvature of 10 mu m or more having a line width of not less than 10 mu m produced by mixing a urethane-acrylate monomer, a photoinitiator and a resin and then using an optical shaping rapid prototyping machine Molding product) is produced.
The diffusion preventing layer forming step S110 is a step of forming a diffusion preventing layer on the entire surface of the resin original in order to facilitate the separation of the resin original from the mold while preventing mutual diffusion between the original and the mold in a low- Of the ZnO ceramic thin film.
Here, the diffusion preventing layer forming step (S110) is to implement atomic layer deposition (ALD) by an atomic layer evaporator to implement a low temperature coating method for a resin original.
That is, the diffusion preventing layer forming step (S110) is a step of forming the diffusion preventive layer uniformly on the entire surface of the photocured resin original so that the original shape of the photocurable resin does not react at the interface, .
The diffusion preventing layer formed by the diffusion preventing layer forming step (S110) is performed by a noble metal plating method including oxidation of platinum group metals, gold, silver, etc. through electroless plating. Particularly, the diffusion preventing layer is made of an oxide including a ZnO (zinc oxide), TiO 2 (titanium oxide), SiO 2 (silicon oxide), RuO 2 (ruthenium oxide), TiN (titanium nitride) A noble metal layer including Ru, Pt, Pd, Au and the like can be applied.
Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the diffusion preventing layer forming step (S110), which is a low temperature coating method for a resin original, is composed of subdividing steps as described below.
That is, the diffusion preventing layer forming step (S110) includes a reaction step (S112) between the Zn source and the surface of the object, a first purge step (S114), a reaction step between the H 2 O source and the surface of the object (S116) and a second purge step (S118), and one cycle is performed in the execution of the steps S112, S114, S116, and S118.
In other words, the deposition of the ZnO thin film is performed in an atomic layer deposition apparatus (ALD), in which a Zn source, an H 2 O source and a nitrogen (N 2 ) gas are injected in a time division manner to remove a gas phase reaction between sources, , The generation of particles due to the gas phase reaction is suppressed and the deposition is performed in atomic layer units regardless of the amount of the source.
The step (S112) of reacting the Zn source with the surface of the object is a step of preparing a resin original as a target (FIG. 5 (a)), a precursor used in coating the ZnO thin film in a chamber containing the object, (Fig. 5 (b)) by injecting a Zn source maintained at a temperature in the range of 5 to 15 占 폚 using diethylzinc (DEZn), which is a substrate, to react with the surface of the substrate (object).
A first purge step (S114) is a step in Fig. 5 (c)] to remove the Zn source remaining after the reaction within the chamber, as by injection of a high purity N 2 gas inside the chamber, subjected to the first purge. That is, the first purge step (S114) is performed to prevent the purity of the thin film from being lowered by reacting with H 2 O injected at a later time.
The step of reacting the H 2 O source with the surface of the object (S116) comprises injecting an H 2 O source maintaining the temperature of the chamber in the range of 5 to 15 ° C to the surface of the object subjected to the first purge (Fig. 5 (d)).
The second purging step S118 is a step of removing the remaining H 2 O source after the chamber reaction by performing a second purge by injecting high purity N 2 gas into the chamber (FIG. 5 (e)).
On the other hand, when the chambers are provided for Zn and H 2 O to stably flow the vaporized precursor and the reactive gas, the transfer paths connecting the chambers are preferably maintained at 50 to 150 ° C., Is in the range of 1.0 x 10 -1 torr to 2.0 x 10 -1 torr.
Here, the step (S112) of reacting the Zn source with the surface of the object and the step (S116) of reacting the H 2 O source with the surface of the object are performed for 0.01 to 0.2 sec. The purge steps S114 and S118 are performed for 5 to 15 seconds and the temperature of the target object is performed at a cryogenic temperature of 30 to 200 DEG C and the four steps S112, S114, S116, and S118, which are one cycle, To form a 25 to 35 nm ZnO thin film on the surface of the original of the resin.
Particularly, when the ZnO thin film is formed on the surface of the original of the resin as in the present invention, the following advantages can be obtained. In particular, ZnO, which is a II-VI compound semiconductor, has a direct energy (3.37 eV) energy at room temperature and a high energy band gap band gap and a large exciton binding energy of 60 meV, which is one of representative ceramic thin films. In addition, since it has a high transparency, it can be easily conformally deposited at a temperature below 120 ° C. which does not affect the color of the surface of the mold (resin mold) and does not affect the physical properties of the resin by atomic layer deposition . Particularly, it can be seen that the compatibility with the mold surface is also excellent.
For example, other diffusion-inhibiting ceramic materials, such as TiO 2 , require a high temperature above 200 ° C for coating with atomic layer deposition, but ZnO has the advantage of being able to deposit at cryogenic temperatures.
At this time, the deposition of the desired conformal (uniform deposition over the entire surface of the sample) was possible within the entire experimental temperature range, but crystalline ZnO was obtained at all temperatures above 70 ° C., and amorphous deposition was observed at less than 70 ° C. Therefore, it is possible to deposit ZnO crystalline thin films at a temperature in the range of 70 to 200 ° C. for more preferable crystalline ZnO film deposition.
The mold making step S120 is a step of fabricating a resin mold using a resin original having a ZnO thin film formed on the surface thereof as shown in FIG. 3, using a rubber for a liquid mold or a rubber for a thermosetting mold which is cured at room temperature Thereby forming an intaglio-shaped rubber mold of a photocurable resin circular shape.
The mold curing step S130 is a step of curing the mold made of a rubber resin for molding or the like to a temperature and a pressure at which the original of the resin is not damaged, and the resin original removing step S140 is a step of removing the resin original from the mold.
In the meantime, although not shown in the drawing, a method for molding an injection molded article using a low-temperature coating for a resin original after the mold curing step (S130) is carried out by casting a casting wax to the engraved mold, (925) using a gypsum flask and a wax process to complete the same silver metal molding as the photocurable resin prototype. That is, the method for molding an injection molded article using a low temperature coating for a resin original of the present invention includes a resin original manufacturing step (S100), a diffusion preventing layer forming step (S110), a mold making step (S120) The step of injecting the casting wax into the engraved mold of the mold after completion of the mold hardening step (S130) and the resin original removing step (S140) and the step of completing the same silver metal molding product as the photocurable resin prototype. Thus, the present invention can mass-produce resin products including metal products, wax patterns, and the like having the same shape as the original resin by using the mold through the above-described steps.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
