Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to decorative sheet paper using a hot melt and a method of manufacturing the same, in particular, used to attach a sheet consisting of various patterns or decorations to make the surface of the existing PVC products such as kitchen appliances, furniture, desks and chassis decoration beautifully The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of decorative sheet paper using hot melt and a sheet paper produced thereby.
Conventional decorative sheet paper manufacturing method, for example, as shown in Figure 1, first to form a printing layer (1) on the milky white CPP (6), then apply the adhesive (2) to the
In the conventional method, since the lamination between the
That is, in the conventional case, the solvent is volatilized using a two-component type main body and a curing agent using a dry laminating apparatus, and then transparently processed the coated product, which is necessarily made at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius for 24 to 48 hours. Aging should be sufficient to dry the volatiles in the adhesive.
In the conventional dry laminating device, the drying device of the dryer drying after applying the adhesive reaches about 25 meters, occupies an area of a factory facility, has to have a separate ripening room, and also needs to heat the inside of the ripening room for ripening. Usage has many disadvantages
In addition, the above-described conventional dry laminating device has a disadvantage that a lot of smell by the adhesive solvent.
In addition, the conventional adhesive hardens after use, so it must be discarded, so a large amount of sheets must be glued in one operation. Therefore, if the mass production is made in accordance with the demand of the consumer, it will lower productivity and raise the cost.
The present invention has been invented in view of the above, and it is unnecessary to use dry laminating equipment, and does not need drying and aging (aging) equipment and processes, thereby greatly reducing facility cost and manufacturing cost, and also innovatively shortening manufacturing time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and a sheet thereby.
The present invention also provides a sheet capable of producing a sheet and a method of manufacturing the sheet, which greatly reduces the amount of power used for sheet production, eliminates the disadvantages of odor caused by conventional adhesive solvents, and produces various kinds of sheets in accordance with the needs of consumers. Should be

The main constitution of the present invention for achieving the above object is a milky CPP (6) sheet, a
According to the present invention, since no adhesive is used, a dry laminating facility including a conventional drying and aging (aging) facility and its processing process are unnecessary, which greatly reduces the facility cost and manufacturing cost, and requires about 24-36 hours for aging. This eliminates the need for faster production speeds
In addition, it significantly reduces the power consumption for sheet manufacturing, eliminates the disadvantages of smells caused by conventional adhesive solvents, and can mass-produce small quantities of various kinds of sheets according to the needs of consumers.
In addition, the product manufactured according to the present invention can replace all the existing PVC products, such as kitchen appliances, furniture, desks and chassis decoration, as eco-friendly materials.
In addition, according to the present invention, the embossing work required on the surface of the sheet can be freely and conveniently performed at any time, if necessary, and a small amount of production is also possible. Because in the prior art, when using an adhesive, the adhesive once used is hardened and cannot be reused, so it must be mass-produced since it must be produced until all the glue is put in once. At this time, since the embossing is also performed during production, the consumer can not produce a small amount of surface processing in accordance with a desired shape and must be mass-produced to reduce the cost, but the present invention does not use an adhesive in this way, so a small amount of production is possible at any time.
In addition, in terms of the manufacturing cost required for sheet bonding according to the present invention can also save 15-20% compared to the conventional adhesive method using an adhesive.
In addition, the hot melt used in accordance with the present invention can be instantaneous adhesion further contributes to productivity improvement
In addition, there is an advantage that the depth of concavities and convexities of the surface embossing work more clearly than the method of using an adhesive when thermal bonding.

As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention forms and bonds the
Looking at the CPP film used in the present invention is as follows.
CPP film is not drawn from PP (polypropylene), that is, cast polypropylene film is called CPP film. CPP film has a uniform thickness, excellent transparency and gloss, excellent printability, and a very hygienic film with tasteless, odorless and nontoxic properties, so it is widely used as a flexible packaging material for food packaging. The general characteristics of CPP film are heat sealing properties (heat sealing temperature is 150 ° C. to 160 ° C. or higher), excellent transparency, excellent moisture resistance, high surface hardness and high heat resistance to LDPE. As the main use, cast-free polypropylene (CPP) film is used for bakery, fruit and vegetable packaging, and lamination of confectionery and snacks is used for heat bonding instead of polyethylene. That is, it is most used for dry food (representative laver) because of its excellent moisture resistance, and is often used for baking packaging by surface printing. It is also used for boiling or retort packaging.
The hot melt sheet used in the present invention is a modified paper in which at least two or more of urethane, EVA, acrylic, and polyolefin (including polyethylene and polypropylene) resins are mixed.
Among the materials, urethane has good elongation, EVA has low melting point, easily melts even at low temperatures, and has excellent adhesive strength. Acrylic has a higher melting temperature than other materials. Therefore, if necessary, the melting point temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the mixed composition ratio. If other components are used without using the above components, CPP peeling may occur due to poor cold resistance and heat resistance against freezing.
Of course, other modified paper, hot melt paper can be used.
For reference, the hot melt paper produced and purchased in Korea is that of Shinkwang Co., Ltd. The hot melt paper of the said product is a modified polyolefin (PE, PP etc.) resin which consists of a film sheet, and has a functional group by the adhesive agent which consists of a thermoplastic resin of 100% solid content. The hot melt paper combines excellent properties of dissimilar materials through thermal reaction, in particular, it is used as an adhesive layer of the adherend to form a multi-layer structure, for example, is used as an intermediate layer of gas barrier resin, water barrier resin and PE. The hot melt film exerts adhesive strength by application to the adherend in a molten state by thermal reaction and solidification by cooling after compression, and is excellent in adhesive durability and waterproofness. Since the main component is a polyolefin or copolymer, it retains the physical properties of each polyolefin or copolymer such as heat resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical strength, and has a relatively low process temperature like other polyolefins (PE, PP…). Easy to process
Then look at the manufacturing process according to the invention
3 shows a manufacturing plant according to the invention.
As shown, the milky white CPP roll 30, the
The
Here, the temperature preheated by the
If the heating drum (60) temperature is too high during thermal lamination, the crystalline resin of CPP is broken and cannot be used as a product.
The
The traveling speed of the sheet suitable for the thermal lamination conditions is set at a speed of 20 m / min-50 m / min.
The
