Abstract
Description

Due to the load of the body and the earth's gravity caused by the upright walking, the impact pressure generated between the foot skeleton and the ground is continuously applied to the joints such as the spine, pelvis, and knee of the person, which may adversely affect the body. Due to the constant impact pressure, an imbalance or distortion of the joint area may occur, which may cause an imbalance of the musculoskeletal system, and the imbalance of the musculoskeletal system also affects blood vessels, causing blood flow to be not smooth and causing disease. .
However, conventional health care and medical technologies focus only on the treatment of diseases caused by imbalance and / or abnormal blood flow of the musculoskeletal system, and not on improving the environment causing the imbalance and / or abnormal blood flow of the musculoskeletal system.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a buffer sheet for absorbing and relieving impact pressure generated between the foot skeleton and the ground to alleviate imbalance of the musculoskeletal system to improve the balance of the body and the flow of blood flow.

9A to 9C are diagrams showing the relationship between the spinal skeleton and the foot, and FIG. 9A is a diagram showing the pressure applied to the foot according to the state of maintaining the spine balance or the balance of the spine, as shown in FIG. Looking at the spinal balance chart of the left side of the total balance is skewed can occur. This is a problem caused by body imbalance, such as a problem in the daily life of the user.
Due to the nature of the person walking upright, the load and gravity of the human body is transferred from the head to the cervical spine, vertebrae, pelvis, legs, and feet, and the load and gravity are transmitted to the ground through the bones of 26 feet each of the left and right ground friction parts. However, the pressure transmitted to the bone of the foot is different due to the load and habit of the body, and the shape of the skeleton of the foot is gradually changed according to the pressure, which can cause body imbalance.
If you put your hands up and down and lean forward about 15 degrees and the load of 5-10Kg is transferred from the top to the bottom, the body will collapse forward as the elastic resilience pressure is transmitted to the foot without absorbing the load from the general ground. Also do. Also, if you put your hands on the palm of your body with both hands behind the sky and transfer the load from the top to the bottom in the same way as above, the resilient elastic pressure is transmitted to the spine and the skeleton through the foot again without absorbing the load from the general ground. will be. This repulsive elasticity pressure is associated with the walking habit can adversely affect the balance of the body.
FIG. 9B is a diagram showing the relationship between the spinal skeleton and the foot skeleton, and FIG. 9C is a reflector diagram showing the relationship between the organs of the human body and the foot. As shown in FIGS. 9B and 9C, the foot is associated with the vertebral skeleton and organs of the human body, and thus the impact pressure on the foot may eventually affect the vertebral skeleton and organs of the human body. There are about 5.1 billion capillaries in the human body, of which 60%, 3 billion are concentrated in the body part is the foot. In addition to capillaries, the foot has an autonomic nerve that is concentrated and is also called a second heart. These feet have a muscular system centered on 26 bones each on the left and right sides, which have the most influence on the blood circulation of the human body. The muscle system of the foot during normal walking promotes the movement of capillaries by the pressure exerted on friction with the ground. To increase blood flow. However, if the body is not balanced, the pressure is imbalanced on the foot, which may adversely affect the blood circulation of the capillaries.
10A and 10B, the effect of improving the body balance and blood flow according to the buffer sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In order to examine the pressure and blood flow on the foot as a control, the pressure and blood flow on the foot after applying the
When the foot is placed on the ground, pressure is applied to the side of the toe and the heel (see (a) of FIG. 10a), and as a result of measuring the pressure, 21.0% of the front of the left foot (toe side) and the back of the left foot (heel side) Silver pressure was 16.0%, 17.8% at the front of the right foot and 45.2% at the back of the right foot. This can be seen as a walking state by giving more strength to the right foot due to the causes of lifestyle, etc., and it is assumed that the spine is also more likely to be bent to the right due to the constant pressure applied to the right foot rather than the left foot. (See FIG. 10B). In addition, referring to Figure 10a (b) it can be seen the temperature measurement results of the left foot and the right foot, except for the back of the right foot is confirmed that the overall blue temperature, so that the blood circulation to both feet smoothly It can be confirmed that it is not made.
After applying the
In addition, referring to Figure 10b (b) it can be seen the temperature measurement results of the left and right feet, the temperature of both feet can see the color of the mainly yellow color other than the blue color seen in Figure 10a (b) , This is to confirm that the blood circulation is well made after applying the buffer sheet (1) of the present invention.
