도 1b는 인간 피하 지방조직으로부터 분리된 다분화능 지방줄기세포를 대상으로 표면항원 발현양상을 유세포 분석기로 분석한 결과이고,
도 2는 지방줄기세포의 다양한 배양용기 표면에 대한 세포 접착활성을 상기 표면에 접착된 단백질 양을 측정하여 정량화한 그래프이고,
도 3은 지방줄기세포를 다양한 세포 접착활성을 나타내는 배양용기에서 3일간 배양한 후 지방줄기세포의 3차원 세포집합체의 형성을 위상차 현미경으로 관찰한 사진(40× )이고,
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 지방줄기세포로부터 형성된 3차원 세포집합체의 CD29, CD34, Flk1,CD31 및 SMA에 대한 면역학적 염색 결과이고,
도 5는 본 발명에 따라 지방줄기세포로부터 형성된 3차원 세포집합체의 오스테오칼신, MHC, 네스틴 및 MAP-2에 대한 면역학적 염색 결과이고,

도 12는 도 11에서 본 발명에 따라 세포집합체가 생체 이식된 누드마우스로부터 적출된 조직의 SMA, CD31, CD34 및 KDR에 대한 면역학적 염색 결과이고,
도 13은 본 발명에 따라 지방줄기세포로부터 분화된 혈관세포로 구성된 세포집합체가 이식된 허혈성 래트 모델에서 허혈 조직의 SMA, CD29 및 CD31에 대한 면역학적 염색 결과이고,
도 14는 본 발명에 따라 지방줄기세포로부터 분화된 혈관세포로 구성된 세포집합체가 이식된 허혈성 래트 모델에서 하지 부분의 혈류 흐름을 측정하여 정량화한 그래프이다.
Claims (28)
2) 파종된 줄기세포의 밀도가 증가함에 따라 줄기세포가 배양용기로부터 탈착되어 3차원 포집합체를 형성하는 단계; 및
3) 3차원 세포집합체 형태로 증식하면서 줄기세포가 혈관세포로 분화되는 단계
를 포함하는, 줄기세포를 혈관세포로 분화시키는 방법.
