Conventionally, there is a separate solution container for dispersing the cells attached to the brush in the liquid, shake the solution container and pour the liquid into another container while the cells are sufficiently spread in the liquid and inhale the liquid by closely attaching the suction device under the filter. In addition, the filter is filtered by rubbing the cells filtered on the slide.

When the container and the body are separated to bring the sampling membrane to the slide, the mixed liquid left in the container is poured down by gravity and disappeared.

However, the process of moving the cells from the solution container to the slides is time-consuming because it must be done manually by the user, and contaminants or impurities can be transferred from the user's hand to the slides, thereby reducing the accuracy of the cell test. there was.
