Abstract

본 발명은 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서 사용자의 편의성을 증대시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템 이용시에 사용자 편의를 증대시키기 위해 이용가능한 정보를 저장하는 사용자 편의성 증대 정보 DB를 구축하는 단계와, 상기 사용자 편의성 증대정보 DB의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트 및 이에 연관된 검색된 정보의 활용조건을 설정하는 단계와, 상기 사용자 편의성 증대정보 DB의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 DB를 검색하여 상기 이벤트에 연관된 검색된 정보의 활용 조건이 충족되는지 판단하는 단계와, 상기 활용 조건이 충족되는 것으로 판단되면 상기 검색된 정보를 상기 시스템에서 수행되는 음성인식, 입력문 분석, 대화처리 및 출력문 생성중 적어도 하나의 과정에 활용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한다.

대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법{Method for enhancing usability in a spoken dialog system}

본 발명은 대화형 음성 인터페이스 기술에 관한 것으로서, 특히 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 사용 과정에서 사용자 편의성을 증대시키기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.
대화형 음성 인터페이스 기술은 사람의 음성을 마이크 등의 입력 장치를 통 해 컴퓨터가 입력받아 이를 텍스트로 변환하고 사용자 발화의 의도를 파악하여 사용자의 질문 또는 대화에 필요한 적절한 문장을 생성하여 스피커 등의 출력장치를 통해 사람의 음성으로 변환하여 들려주는 일련의 과정에 필요한 기술이라고 할 수 있다.
종래의 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템은 음성 인식 모듈의 열악한 성능 때문에 입력 과정에서의 사용자 만족도가 떨어진다는 문제가 있었고, 보조 입력 수단으로 리모컨, 키패드, 키보드, 터치 스크린 등이 채용되어 있는 경우에도 그 입력 환경 및 입력 과정의 제약으로 인해 역시 그다지 편리한 입력 수단이 되지는 못해 왔다. 또한, 사용자로부터의 입력을 처리하는 과정에서도 기존의 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템은 질의/응답 시스템과 같은 경우에 단순하게 사용자의 질문에 대한 답만을 제공함으로써 같은 질문이 반복되는 상황이나 답을 발견하지 못한 상황에서도 동일하게 지루한 반복적인 작업과 대답이 이루어지게 되어 있어 시스템을 편리하게 이용하고자 하는 사용자의 요구에 효과적으로 대응하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다. 예약 시스템의 경우에는 미리 정해진 순서에 따라 사용자에게 한정된 답만을 요구함으로써 사용자에게 보다 자연스럽게 다가가지 못했다는 한계가 있다. 게다가, 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 출력도 음성 합성이나 화면 출력을 이용하여 단순히 사용자의 질의 또는 요청에 대해 해당 응답에 대한 정보만을 제공함으로써 능동적으로 사용자에게 대응하지 못해왔다는 한계를 지니고 있다.
특히, 최근 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템이 기존의 한정된 영역을 벗어나 가정의 로봇 등에 채용되면서 정보 도우미 비서의 기능을 수행하도록 일반인에게까 지 그 영역이 확대되고 있는 상황이지만 현재의 시스템은 일반 대중에 대한 고려가 미비함으로 인해 종래의 기술 수준과 사용자의 기대 수준에 대한 격차가 커져 사용자 만족도가 매우 떨어지게 되는 문제를 지니고 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 사용시에 사용자 편의성을 증대시키고 능동적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자 편의성 증대를 위해 사용자 정보 및 사용자 환경 설정 정보를 포함하는 각종 정보 DB를 구축함으로써 이를 기반으로 가능한한 사용자의 입력에 대한 부담을 덜어주면서 사용자 친화적인 서비스를 제공하고 사용자 이용 패턴을 학습하여 사용자 편의성을 더욱 증대시켜 나가는 것을 목적으로 한다.
전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명의 제1 측면에 따른 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법은, 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 이용시에 사용자 편의를 증대시키기 위해 이용가능한 정보를 저장하는 사용자 편의성 증대 정보 DB를 구축하는 단계와, 상기 사용자 편의성 증대정보 DB의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트 및 이에 연관된 검색된 정보의 활용조 건을 설정하는 단계와, 상기 사용자 편의성 증대정보 DB의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 DB를 검색하여 상기 이벤트에 연관된 검색된 정보의 활용 조건이 충족되는지 판단하는 단계와, 상기 활용 조건이 충족되는 것으로 판단되면 상기 검색된 정보를 상기 시 스템에서 수행되는 음성인식, 입력문 분석, 대화처리 및 출력문 생성중 적어도 하나의 과정에 활용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
바람직하게, 상기 사용자 편의성 증대정보 DB는, 사용자에게 능동적으로 제공될 수 있는 정보를 저장하는 능동 서비스 정보 DB, 사용자 신상정보를 저장하는 사용자 정보 DB, 사용자에 의해 설정된 상기 시스템의 사용자 환경 설정 정보를 저장하는 사용자 환경 설정 정보 DB, 사용자의 상기 시스템 이용 패턴 및 이용 패턴의 학습 결과를 저장하는 사용자 이용패턴 학습정보 DB중 적어도 하나를 포함한다.
본 발명의 제2 측면에 따른 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법은, 사용자에게 능동적으로 제공될 수 있는 정보를 저장하는 능동 서비스 정보 DB를 구축하는 단계와, 능동 서비스를 개시하는 이벤트, 상기 이벤트에 연관된 능동 서비스 및 상기 능동 서비스의 실행 조건을 설정하는 단계와, 상기 능동 서비스를 개시하는 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 능동 서비스 정보 DB를 검색하여 상기 이벤트에 연관된 능동 서비스 실행 조건이 충족되는지 판단하는 단계와, 상기 실행 조건이 충족되는 것으로 판단되면 상기 이벤트에 연관된 능동 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.

본 발명의 제4 측면에 따른 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법은, 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 최초 구동시에 사용자로부터 입력되는 사용자가 제공받기 원하는 정보 및 상기 정보의 제공 주기 또는 시간을 포함하는 사용자 환경 설정 정보를 저장하는 단계와, 상기 정보 제공 주기 또는 시간마다 상기 사용자가 제공받기 원하는 정보를 인터넷을 통해 검색하는 단계와, 상기 검색 결과를 출력문으로 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 제5 측면에 따른 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법은, 음성 인식 오류를 포함한 입력문과 상기 입력문에 대하여 사용자와 상기 시스템간의 대화를 통한 오류 해소 결과 및 인식 스코어가 비슷한 인식 대상 후보가 존재하는 입력문과 상기 입력문에 대하여 사용자와 상기 시스템간의 대화를 통한 선택 결과를 포함하는 사용자 이용 패턴 학습 결과를 저장하는 단계와, 상기 사용자 이용 패턴 학습 결과를 이용하여 입력문의 음성 인식을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 제6 측면에 따른 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법은, 사용자의 정보 검색 패턴 학습 결과를 저장하는 단계와, 상기 사용자가 정보 검색시에 상기 정보 검색 패턴 학습 결과에 기반하여 검색 결과의 배치를 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하에서는 본 발명을 첨부된 도면에 도시된 실시예들과 관련하여 예시적으로 상세히 설명하겠다. 그러나, 이하의 상세한 설명은 단지 예시적인 목적으로 제공되는 것이며 본 발명의 개념을 임의의 특정된 물리적 구성에 한정하는 것으로 해석되어서는 안 될 것이다.
도 1은 종래 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다. 도시된 바와 같이, 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템은 음성인식부(110), 대화처리부(120) 및 음성합성부(130)로 이루어진다. 음성인식부(110)는 사용자의 발화를 인식하여 텍스트로 변환하는 기능을 수행한다.
대화처리부(120)는 음성인식부(110)에 인식된 사용자 발화의 의도를 파악하여 이에 응답하는 적절한 출력문을 생성하는 기능을 수행하는 것으로서, 세부적으로는 사용자 발화의 의도를 파악하는 기능을 수행하는 입력문 분석부(121), 대화모델을 이용하여 사용자의 발화가 어떠한 대화 또는 작업 흐름에 있는지 판단하는 대화관리부(122) 및 작업관리부(123), 적절한 출력문을 생성하는 출력문 생성부(124)를 포함한다.
음성합성부(130)는 대화처리부(120)에 의해 생성된 출력문에 해당하는 합성음을 출력하는 기능을 수행한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 사용자 편의성을 증대시키기기 위한 방법을 도시한 흐름도이다.
우선, 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템 이용시에 사용자 편의를 증대시키기 위해 이용가능한 정보를 저장하는 사용자 편의성 증대 정보 DB를 구축한다(단계　210). 사용자 편의성 증대 정보 DB는 시스템의 설계 및 이용 과정에서 수집 및 구축될 수 있으며, 사용자에게 능동적으로 제공될 수 있는 정보를 저장하는 능동 서비스 정보 DB, 사용자 신상정보를 저장하는 사용자 정보 DB, 사용자에 의해 설정된 상기 시스템의 사용자 환경 설정 정보를 저장하는 사용자 환경 설정 정보 DB, 사용자의 상기 시스템 이용 패턴 및 이용 패턴의 학습 결과를 저장하는 사용자 이용패턴 학습정보 DB중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 사용자 편의성 증대정보 DB의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트 및 이에 연관된 검색된 정보의 활용조건을 설정하고(단계 220), 상기 사용자 편의성 증대정보 DB의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 DB를 검색하여 상기 이벤트에 연관된 검색된 정보의 활용 조건이 충족되는지 판단한다(단계230).
상기 활용 조건이 충족되는 것으로 판단되면 상기 검색된 정보를 상기 시스템에서 수행되는 음성인식, 입력문 분석, 대화처리 및 출력문 생성중 적어도 하나의 과정에 활용한다(단계 240). 이하에서는, 사용자 편의성 증대 정보 DB의 종류별로 본원발명에서 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지 살펴보겠다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 사용자 편의성을 증대 정보 DB가 추가된 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 구성을 도시한다. 음성인식부(310), 대화처리부(320) 및 음성합성부(330)는 도 1에 도시된 종래의 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 음성인식부(110), 대화처리부(120) 및 음성합성부(130)와 동일한 기능을 수행하는 모듈들로서, 이들에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략하겠다.
하기에서는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 대표적인 예라 할 수 있는 지능형 로봇을 예로 들어 본원발명에서 사용자 편의성 증대 정보 DB 각각의 활용예를 설명하기로 한다.
먼저, 능동 서비스 DB(340)는 시스템 설계시에 미리 조사 분석하여 시스템에 반영되는 정보가 저장되는 DB로서, 이들 정보는 사용자의 질문 또는 요구가 있을 때에 사용자가 의도한 답만을 제시하는 것이 아니라 부가적으로 사용자에게 필요하다고 판단되는 답을 함께 제시하거나, 또는 사용자의 요구가 없을 때에도 사용자에게 필요하다고 판단되는 정보가 발견될 경우에 이를 알리는 것과 같은 능동적인 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하기 위해 이용될 수 있다. 즉, 능동 서비스 DB(340)에는 능동 서비스 범위 내에서 사용자 편의성 증대를 위해 부가적으로 필요하다고 판단되는 정보가 다양하게 저장될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 로봇에 날씨, 일정, 뉴스 등의 정보를 제공하는 기능이 탑재되어 있다고 가정할 때 사용자가 일정을 등록할 경우에 중복 일정 여부를 검사하여 이를 알려준다거나, 일정에 대하여 질의하였을 경우 응답으로 제공되는 일정이 외부 일정인 경우에는 화면 또는 음성으로 해당 지역의 날씨를 함께 알려주는 서비스가 능동 서비스에 해당할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자의 요청에 의해 기제공된 날씨가 기상 상황이 변경되어 달라졌을 경우 변경된 날씨를 사용자의 요청 없이도 사용자에게 알려주는 기능, 날씨 검색 결과를 분석하여 사용자의 옷차림과 필요한 준비물 등의 부가적인 정보를 제공하는 기능 등도 능동 서비스 범주에 포함시킬 수 있다.
본 발명에서 능동 서비스의 제공은 사용자의 발화(입력문) 또는 시스템의 상 황 정보가 이러한 능동 서비스를 개시하는 이벤트에 해당하는 경우에 상기 능동 서비스 DB를 검색하여 상기 이벤트에 연관된 능동 서비스 실행 조건의 충족 여부를 판단함으로써 이루어진다. 능동 서비스 실행 조건이 충족된 경우에 상기 능동 서비스 DB의 검색 결과를 음성 또는 화면으로 사용자에게 제공한다. 능동 서비스를 개시하는 이벤트 및 이에 관련된 능동 서비스 실행 조건 및 내용은 시스템 구축시에 설정해둔다.
하기 표 1에는 전술한 능동 서비스 제공을 위해 구축될 수 있는 능동 서비스 DB의 예, 능동 서비스를 개시하는 이벤트 및 이에 연관된 능동 서비스 실행 조건과 내용의 예가 구체적으로 기재되어 있다.

표 1에 기재된 바와 같이, 개인 또는 공통 일정 등록 이벤트가 발생하면 개인일정 DB 또는 공통일정 DB를 검색하여 중복 일정이 존재하는지 검사하고, 중복 일정이 존재하면 이를 음성 또는 화면으로 사용자에게 알려준다. 또한, 일정 검색 이벤트가 발생한 경우에, 해당 일정이 외부 일정인지 여부를 판단하고 외부 일정인 경우에는 상기 외부 일정의 장소 및 날짜에 해당하는 날씨 정보를 온라인 검색하여 알려줄 수 있다.
날씨 검색 이벤트가 발생하면, 날씨 검색 검색 결과에 조언이 가능한지 특정기상조건별 조언 DB를 검색한다. 날씨 검색 결과에 기반하여 날씨에 관련된 조언을 사용자에게 음성 또는 화면으로 제공한다. 예를 들어, 자외선이 강한 경우 '선크림과 선글라스를 준비하세요', 일교차가 심할 경우 '덧 입을 옷을 준비하세요', 황사가 있을 경우 '마스크를 준비하세요', 강수 확률이 높은 경우 '우산을 준비하세요' 등을 조언으로 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 날씨 검색 이벤트가 발생한 경우에, 최초 날씨 검색 안내 이후 실제 날씨 검색을 원한 시간이 지나기 전까지 주기적으로 날씨 검색을 수행하여 날씨갱신정보DB에 저장해둠으로써 변경사항이 있는지 검사하고, 날씨 정보가 변경된 경우에는 이를 사용자에게 알려준다.
뉴스 검색 이벤트가 발생한 경우에도 사용자가 검색한 키워드에 대해 주기적으로 온라인으로 뉴스를 검색하여 뉴스갱신정보 DB에 저장해둠으로써새로운 뉴스의 등장 여부를 확인하고, 새로운 뉴스가 등장한 경우에는 이를 사용자에게 알려준다.
사용자 정보 DB(350)는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템을 이용하는 사용자 신상에 관한 기본 정보(예, 사용자 이름, 성별, 나이, 거주 지역, 가족 환경)를 저장하는 DB이다. 로봇의 사용자는 한 명이 될 수도 있으나 여러명의 사용자가 이용하는 환경이 더 일반적으로 예상되므로 이 때에 로봇은 사용자 정보를 이용해 사용자와 대화시에 필요한 발화 스타일 및 호칭을 적절하게 생성함으로써 사용자 만족도를 증대시킬 수 있다. 또한, 해당 사용자의 질문에 대한 기본값을 미리 설정함으로써 사용자의 입력에 대한 편의성 증대를 도모하게 된다. 즉, 거주 지역 정보를 이용해 사용자가 날씨를 물었을 경우 추가적인 지역에 대한 재질의 없이도 기본적으로 사용자의 거주 지역 날씨를 제공한다거나, 가족 일정 질의시에도 꼭 특정 이름을 이용하지 않고 가족 환경 정보를 이용해 '아버지', '형'과 같은 상대적인 가족 호칭을 이용한 편리한 질의가 가능하도록 해준다.
본 발명에서 사용자 정보의 활용은 사용자의 발화(입력문) 또는 시스템의 상황 정보가 사용자 정보 DB 검색을 개시하는 이벤트에 해당하는 경우에 상기 사용자 정보 DB를 검색하여 상기 이벤트에 연관된 사용자 정보 DB 활용 조건의 충족 여부를 판단함으로써 이루어진다. 사용자 정보 활용 조건이 충족된 경우에 필요한 사용자 정보를 검색하여 출력문 생성시에 반영한다. 사용자 정보는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 최초 구동시에 상사용자로부터 입력받아 저장해둘 수 있다.
하기의 표 2에는 사용자 정보를 이용한 서비스 제공을 위해 사용자 정보 DB에 저장되는 항목, 사용자 정보 DB의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트, 사용자 정보 DB 활용 조건 및 예가 구체적으로 기재되어 있다.

표 2에 기재된 바와 같이, 사용자가 "오늘 날씨 알려줘"라고 날씨 검색을 요청하는 상황에서 대상 지역이 빠져 있는 경우에는 사용자 정보중 거주지역 정보를 활용하여 날씨 검색을 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 예를 들어, 사용자가 "아버지 일정좀 알려줘"라고 질의한 경우에는 사용자 정보 DB의 가족사항 정보를 이용하여 사용자와 아버지와의 관계를 인식함으로써 아버지의 일정을 검색할 수 있다.
로봇의 출력문 생성시에, 호칭을 발성해야 하는 경우에는 사용자 이름으로 호칭을 대체할 수 있고, 출력문의 어휘 선택 및/또는 발화 스타일은 사용자의 성별 및/또는 나이를 고려하여 조정할 수 있다.
사용자 환경 설정 정보 DB(360)는 사용자가 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템을 이용하는 과정에서 상기 시스템을 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 미리 설정한 사용자 환경 설정 정보를 저장해두는 DB이다. 사용자 환경 설정 정보의 예로는 사용자가 원하는 정보 및 정보의 제공 주기/시간과, 단축 명령어가 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자는 로봇이 비서와 같은 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 매일 아침 1회 날씨 및 뉴스 정보를 제공하고 당일 일정을 알리도록 설정하거나, 원하는 주제어를 설정하여 해당 주제어가 포함된 뉴스가 등록될 경우 이를 알리도록 하는 등의 원하는 서비스를 미리 설정할 수 있다. 이러한 사용자 환경 설정 정보는 시스템의 최초 구동시에 사용자에 의해 설정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에서, 시스템은 상기 사용자 환경 설정 정보 DB에 저장된 정보에 기반하여 사용자가 원하는 주기/시간에 원하는 정보(예, 뉴스, 날씨, 일정 등)를 시스템으로부터 또는 온라인을 통해 검색하여 사용자에게 음성 또는 화면으로 제공한다.
또한, 사용자는 긴 명령어 또는 복수의 명령어에 대응하는 단축 명령어를 시스템상에 설정해둠으로써 명령어 입력 부담을 줄일 수 있다. 사용자로부터 입력된 입력문에 단축명령어가 존재하는 경우에 상기 단축 명령어를 이에 대응하는 원래 명령어로 대체함으로써 입력문을 복원할 수 있다.
사용자 이용 패턴 학습 정보 DB(370)는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템을 사용하는 과정에서 사용자의 이용 패턴을 학습해 이를 시스템에 계속해 반영해 나가면서 사용자에게 맞춤 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 사용자의 이용 패턴을 저장하고 이를 학습한 결과를 저장하는 DB이다. 일 실시예에서, 사용자 이용 패턴 학습정보 DB(370)에 음성 인식 오류를 포함한 입력문과 상기 입력문에 대하여 사용자와 시스템간의 대화를 통한 오류 해소 결과 및 인식 스코어가 비슷한 인식 대상 후보가 존재하는 입력문과 상기 입력문에 대하여 사용자와 시스템간의 대화를 통한 선택 결과가 저장된다. 입력문에 대한 기존 음성 인식 오류 해소 결과가 사용자 이용 패턴 학습정보 DB(370)에 존재하는지 검색하여, 존재하는 경우에는 대화를 통한 해소 과정없이 검색된 오류 해소 결과에 따라 입력문의 오류를 수정할 수 있다. 또한, 인식 스코어가 비슷한 인식대상 후보가 여러 개 존재할 경우에 사용자 이용 패턴 학습정보 DB(370)을 검색하여 과거 히스토리에서 높은 선택 빈도를 가지는 쪽으로 인식 후보를 결정할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 사용자 이용 패턴 학습정보 DB를 이용하여 음성 인식 모듈의 성능 향상을 도움으로써 사용자의 입력 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
이외에도, 시스템에서 능동 서비스를 제공했을 때에 사용자가 원하지 않는 서비스가 있는 경우 해당 능동 서비스를 비활성으로 사용자 이용 패턴 학습정보 DB(370)에 저장해둠으로써 이후부터는 이를 제공하지 않는다던가, 뉴스 검색시 사용자의 검색 이용 패턴 및 학습 결과를 사용자 이용 패턴 학습정보 DB(370)에 저장해두고 상위 빈도의 뉴스 검색 분류 또는 주제어 검색 결과와 최종 검색어 뉴스 검색 결과로 화면을 구성함으로써 사용자의 만족도 향상을 꾀할 수 있다.
또한, 반복되는 동일한 패턴으로 이루어지는 작업을 학습하여 이후부터는 쉽게 정보를 찾을 수 있게 하는 것도 사용자 이용 패턴 학습을 통한 사용자 만족도 증대 기술에 해당한다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서 사용자 편의성을 증대시키는 과정의 일예를 도시한 흐름도이다.
우선, 단계(401-406)는 시스템의 음성인식 과정으로서, 음성인식을 수행하여(401), 인식 스코어가 비슷한 후보가 존재하는 입력문인 경우에(402) 사용자 이용패턴 학습정보 DB(370)를 이용하여 과거 선택 빈도가 높은 후보로 결정하고(403), 입력문에 오류가 있는 경우에 사용자 이용패턴 학습정보 DB(370)를 이용하여 오류해소가 가능한 것인지 판단하고(404), 입력문의 오류를 해소함으로써(405), 음성인식결과로서 입력문이 생성된다(406).
다음, 단계(407-418)는 시스템에서 음성인식결과로부터 도출된 입력문을 분석하여 이에 따른 응답을 생성하는 대화처리 과정으로서, 입력문을 분석하고(407), 상기 입력문내에 사용자환경설정정보 DB(360)에 등록된 단축명령어가 존재하는지 검사하여(408), 존재하는 경우에는 사용자환경설정정보 DB(360)에 저장된 원 명령어를 이용하여 단축명령어를 복원한다(409). 또한, 사용자정보 DB(350)에 저장된 사용자 정보를 이용하여 입력문을 복원/대치할 필요가 있는지 검사하고(410), 그러한 경우에는 입력문 복원/대치를 수행한다(411).
입력문에 능동서비스 실행 조건이 존재하는지 판단하고(412), 존재하는 경우에는 사용자 이용패턴 학습정보 DB(370)를 검색하여 해당 능동서비스의 활성유무를 검사하고(413), 활성인 경우에는 능동 서비스 정보를 출력문에 반영한다(414). 이러한 능동 서비스를 수행하기 위해 필요시에는 온라인 검색을 수행할 수 있다(415-416).
또한, 사용자 환경설정 정보 DB(360)에 저장된 환경설정정보에 기반하여 사용자가 요청한 정보(예, 날씨, 뉴스, 일정, 알람, 뉴스주제어 검색 등)를 사용자가 원하는 주기/시간마다 온라인 검색한다(416-417). 대화처리 단계(418)에서 이러한 온라인 검색 결과를 출력문에 반영한다.
다음, 단계(419 내지 424)는 전술한 온라인 검색 결과 및 출력문을 사용자에게 제공하는 과정으로서, 단계(419)에서는 사용자이용패턴학습 DB(370)를 이용하여 검색어에 따른 레이아웃 배치가 가능한지 판단하고, 그렇다면 단계(420)에서 검색어에 따른 레이아웃 배치를 수행한다.
단계(421)에서, 출력문 내에 호칭 생성이 필요한지 판단하고(421), 그렇다면 사용자 정보 DB를 검색하여 적절한 호칭을 삽입한다(422). 단계(423)에서는 사용자 정보 DB를 이용하여 성별/나이에 맞는 출력문을 생성하고(423), 이에 따라 음성 합성 및 화면 출력을 수행한다(424).
이상에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 또한 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형 실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 기재된 청구범위 내에 있게 된다.
본 발명을 통해서 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 이용 과정에 있어 종래 방법에 비해 효과적으로 사용자의 입력 부담을 덜고 또 지능적으로 사용자가 원하는 정보를 제공할 수 있게 됨에 따라 본 발명은 사용자의 시스템 이용 과정에 있어 서의 편의성을 증대시키고 시스템에 대한 만족도를 개선시키는 효과를 지니게 된다. 그러므로 최종적으로는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 성능 향상에 기여하게 된다.

  4. 사용자에게 능동적으로 제공될 수 있는 정보를 저장하는 능동 서비스 정보 DB를 구축하는 단계와,
    능동 서비스를 개시하는 이벤트, 상기 이벤트에 연관된 능동 서비스 및 상기 능동 서비스의 실행 조건을 설정하는 단계와,
    상기 능동 서비스를 개시하는 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 능동 서비스 정보 DB를 검색하여 상기 이벤트에 연관된 능동 서비스 실행 조건이 충족되는지 판단하는 단계와,
    상기 실행 조건이 충족되는 것으로 판단되면 상기 이벤트에 연관된 능동 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 능동 서비스 정보 DB는 개인 일정 정보 DB를 포함하고, 개인 일정 등록 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 개인 일정 정보 DB를 검색하여 중복 일정이 존재하는지 판단하고 중복 일정이 존재하는 것으로 판단되면 이를 알리는 출력문을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 개인 일정 등록 이벤트 또는 개인 일정 검색 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 개인 일정 DB를 검색하여 상기 개인 일정이 외부 일정인지를 판단하고 외부 일정으로 판단되면 상기 외부 일정의 날짜 및 장소에 해당하는 날씨 정보를 검색하여 이를 알리는 출력문을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 능동 서비스 정보 DB는 특정 기상조건별 조언 DB를 포함하고, 날씨 검색 이벤트가 발생하면 날씨 검색 결과에 상기 특정 기상조건별 조언 DB에 저장된 특정 기상조건이 존재하는지 판단하고 상기 특정 기상 조건이 존재하면 이에 연관된 조언을 출력문으로 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  7. 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 최초 구동시에 사용자로부터 입력된 사용자 정보를 저장하는 단계와,
    상기 사용자 정보 검색을 개시하는 이벤트 및 상기 이벤트에 연관된 사용자 정보 활용 조건을 설정하는 단계와,
    상기 사용자 정보의 검색을 개시하는 이벤트가 발생하면 상기 사용자 정보 활용 조건의 충족 여부를 판단하는 단계와,
    상기 사용자 정보 활용 조건이 충족되는 것으로 판단되면 상기 사용자 정보 가 반영된 출력문을 생성하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 사용자 정보는 사용자의 이름, 성별, 나이, 거주지역 및 가족 환경 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 출력문을 생성하는 단계에서 상기 출력문에 호칭이 포함된 경우에 상기 사용자 정보를 검색하여 사용자 이름으로 상기 호칭을 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 출력문을 생성하는 단계에서 상기 사용자 정보를 검색하여 상기 사용자의 나이 및 성별 정보에 기반하여 상기 출력문의 발화 스타일을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  11. 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템의 최초 구동시에 사용자로부터 입력되는, 사용자가 제공받기 원하는 정보 및 상기 정보의 제공 주기 또는 시간을 포함하는, 사 용자 환경 설정 정보를 저장하는 단계와,
    상기 정보 제공 주기 또는 시간마다 상기 사용자가 제공받기 원하는 정보를 인터넷을 통해 검색하는 단계와,
    상기 검색 결과를 출력문으로 생성하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 사용자 환경 설정 정보는 사용자에 의해 설정된 단축 명령어를 더 포함하고, 사용자로부터 입력된 입력문에 상기 단축 명령어가 존재하는 경우에 상기 단축 명령어에 대응하는 원 명령어로 상기 단축 명령어를 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대화형 음성 인터페이스 시스템에서의 사용자 편의성 증대 방법.
  13. 음성 인식 오류를 포함한 입력문과 상기 입력문에 대하여 사용자와 상기 시스템간의 대화를 통한 오류 해소 결과 및 인식 스코어가 비슷한 인식 대상 후보가 존재하는 입력문과 상기 입력문에 대하여 사용자와 상기 시스템간의 대화를 통한 선택 결과를 포함하는 사용자 이용 패턴 학습 결과를 저장하는 단계와,
    상기 사용자 이용 패턴 학습 결과를 이용하여 입력문의 음성 인식을 수행하는 단계
