본 발명은 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 지능형 가제트 모듈이, 일상 사물에 장착되어 상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 수집하고, 무선 송수신을 통해 수집된 상기 경험 정보의 저장 및 검색을 요청하고, 검색된 과거 경험 정보 및 주변 지능형 가제트 모듈과의 정보 교환으로 얻은 현재 상황 정보를 분석하여 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공함에 따라 라이프 로그 서버가, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈과 인터넷을 통해 연동하고, 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 수신하여 저장하고, 상기 검색 요청에 따라 저장된 해당 과거 경험 정보를 검색하여 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈로 제공함으로써, 사용자의 이전 경험 정보와 현재 상황 정보를 고려하여 사용자의 의도 및 취향에 부합되는 최적의 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명은 지능형 가제트(Gadget)를 이용한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 사용자의 경험 정보를 라이프 로그로 저장하고 이를 기반으로 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
최근에는 사용자가 컴퓨터나 네트워크를 의식하지 않는 상태에서 장소에 구애받지 않고 네트워크에 접속할 수 있는 환경인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅(네트워킹)이 가능해짐에 따라 일상생활에 있어서 상당한 편리함을 가져왔으며, 이에 따른 많은 기술들이 개발되고 있는 추세이다. 예를 들어 입고 있는 옷에 컴퓨터를 내장하여 사무실이 아닌 어느 곳에서든지 다른 사람들과 정보교환을 하고, 허리띠에 붙어 있는 컴퓨팅장치로 온갖 정보를 신속하게 검색해 볼 수도 있다. 이에 따라 이러한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 이용하여 사용자가 어디에 있던 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되었다.
그런데 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자의 정보가 필요하므로 네트워크 시스템에서는 사용자의 정보를 로그(Log) 서버 등에 저장 및 관리하게 된다. 이를 위해 종래에는 휴대형 장치에 각종 센서와 저장 장치를 갖추고 사용자의 경험정보를 기록한 후 사용자가 로그 서버에 가까이 오면 휴대형 장치로부터 저장 장치를 탈착하여 로그 서버에 장착한 다음 사용자 정보를 저장하는 오프라인 방식을 사용하고 있다. 여기서 사용자 정보는 라이프 로그로 저장된다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래의 방법은 라이프 로그 정보의 저장과 검색이 항상 오 프라인 상에서만 이루어지므로 사용자 정보를 활용하는 실시간 서비스의 제공이 불가능하다. 따라서 이러한 종래의 방법은 언제 어디서나 사용자가 원하는 컴퓨팅 서비스를 제공받고자하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 적용이 어렵다는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 현재 무선인식(RFID) 및 센서 네트워크를 이용한 지능형 환경에 대한 기술 개발이 이루어지고 있으나, RFID 태그 및 리더(reader)와 센서 네트워크의 각 노드가 단순한 정보 수집의 기능만을 가지고 있으므로 상호 정보교환에 의한 상황 파악이나 과거 경험정보를 바탕으로 하는 맞춤형 서비스 등에는 활용되지 못하는 실정이다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 상호 정보교환에 의한 상황 파악이 가능한 지능형 가제트를 이용하여 실시간으로 서비스가 가능한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법 및 시스템을 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 지능형 가제트를 이용하여 사용자의 경험 정보를 라이프 로그로 저장하고 저장된 사용자 경험 정보와 지능형 가제트들 사이의 상호 정보교환으로 파악되는 현재 사용자 상황 정보에 기반한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 시스템을 제공함에 있다.
상기 이러한 본 발명의 목적들을 달성하기 위한 방법은, 일상 사물에 장착되는 지능형 가제트 모듈과, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈과 무선 통신하고 사용자의 정보를 관리하는 라이프 로그 서버를 갖는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템에서 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 수집하여 상기 라이프 로그 서버로 전송하는 과정과, 상기 라이프 로그 서버가 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 라이프 로그로서 저장하는 과정과, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 사용자로부터 서비스 요청을 받으면, 상기 라이프 로그 서버로 상기 사용자에 대한 과거 경험 정보를 요청하는 과정과, 상기 라이프 로그 서버가 상기 요청에 따라 미리 저장된 상기 과거 경험 정보를 검색하여 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈로 전송하는 과정과, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈로부터 수신한 상기 과거 경험 정보를 분석하는 과정과, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 분석된 결과를 적용하여 상기 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
그리고 본 발명의 목적들을 달성하기 위한 시스템은, 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템으로서, 일상 사물에 장착되어 상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 상기 경험 정보를 무선 송수신을 통해 저장 및 검색을 요청하고, 검색된 과거 경험 정보를 분석하여 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 지능형 가제트 모듈과, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈과 인터넷을 통해 연동하고, 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 수신하여 저장하고, 상기 검색 요청에 따라 저장된 해당 과거 경험 정보를 검색하여 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈로 제공하는 라이프 로그 서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적들을 달성하기 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템은, 사용자의 일상생활에 대한 경험 정보를 수집하는 정보 수집부와, 원격 저장 장치에 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 저장하고, 상기 사용자로부터 서비스 요청에 따라 저장된 과거 경험 정보를 제공받는 무선송수신부와, 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 임시 저장하고 라이프 로그로 상기 원격 저장 장치로 전송하도록 처리하고, 상기 과거 경험 정보를 분석하는 가제트 플랫폼과, 상기 분석된 결과에 따라 상기 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 정보 출력부를 포함하며, 상기 사용자의 일상 사물에 장착되는 지능형 가제트 모듈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성 요소들에 참조 부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성 요소들에 한해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 그리고 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 기능 혹은 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
그리고 본 발명의 실시예에서는 안경, 모자, 시계, 지갑 등과 같은 일상사물에 정보 수집 및 처리 기능을 부가함으로써 일상사물을 지능형 가제트로 만들고, 이를 사용하는 일반 사용자의 일상생활 정보를 라이프 로그(Life Log)로 저장하여 개인의 경험에 기반한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 시스템에 대해 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 지능형 가제트를 이용한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템의 구조를 도시한 블록도이다.
상기 도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스 템(100)은 일상사물에 정보 수집 및 처리 기능을 부가하여 사용자의 경험 정보를 교환하는 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)과 상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 라이프 로그로 저장하는 라이프 로그 서버(120)가 인터넷(130)을 통해 연동하도록 구성된다.
상기 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 무선송수신부(111)와, 가제트 플랫폼(112)와, 정보수집부(113)와, 정보출력부(114)를 포함하는 소형 저전력 모듈로서 모자, 안경, 시계, 장신구, 지갑, 가방, 그리고 우산과 같은 사용자의 일상생활에서 휴대하는 일상 사물(115)에 장착될 수 있다.
상기 무선송수신부(111)는 개인 영역 통신망을 구성하는 장치로서, 사용자 경험정보를 인터넷(130)을 통해 라이프 로그 서버(120)로 전송하거나, 주변의 지능형 가제트 시스템과 현재의 상황 정보를 교환하거나, 맞춤형 서비스를 위해 라이프 로그 서버(120)에 저장된 과거 경험 정보를 전달받는다.
상기 가제트 플랫폼(112)은 지능형 가제트 시스템의 핵심 역할을 수행하는데, 사용자가 경험 정보를 처리할 수 있는 정보 처리 장치와 저장 장치 및 정보 수집부(113) 또는 정보출력부(114)와의 입출력 인터페이스를 위한 입출력 포트를 포함한다. 그리고 상기 가제트 플랫폼(112)은 무선 송수신부(111), 정보 수집부(113) 및 정보출력부(114)의 입출력 정보는 상기 입출력 포트를 통해 교환된다.
상기 정보 수집부(113)는 사용자가 일상생활에서 경험하는 정보를 수집하며, 정보 수집은 일정 시간 단위로 주기적으로 이루어질 수 있거나, 요청된 시간동안 이루어 질 수 있는데, 이는 사용자가 조절하거나 설계 시 정하는 등 다양한 방법으로 설정될 수 있다. 이러한 정보의 종류로는 사용자가 보는 시각 정보, 사용자가 듣는 청각 정보, 사용자의 위치 정보, 가속도 정보, 사용자가 느끼는 온도 정보, 조도 정보, 습도 정보 그리고 혈압 정보, 체온 정보, 맥박 정보, 피부 전도도 정보와 같은 생체 정보 등이다. 그리고 상기 정보 수집부(113)는 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)이 장착되는 일상 사물의 크기나 용도에 따라 그 종류가 달라질 수 있다. 여기서 하나의 일상사물이 여러 가지 종류의 정보수집 장치를 가지고 있어 여러 가지 종류의 경험 정보를 수집할 수도 있다.
상기 정보출력부(114)는 사용자가 요구하는 서비스 또는 지능형 가제트가 사용자가 필요하리라 판단하는 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하며, 예를 들어 비디오 장치, 오디오 장치, 또는 진동 장치와 같은 기타 출력 장치들이 이에 포함될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 인터넷(130)에 접속된 상기 라이프 로그 서버(120)는 상기 무선송수신부(111)에서 전송되는 사용자 경험 정보를 지정된 영역에 저장하기 위한 라이프 로그 저장부(112)와, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)의 요청에 따라 저장된 라이프 로그 정보를 검색하는 라이프 로그 검색 모듈(121)을 포함한다. 그리고 상기 도 1에는 도시되지 않았으나 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)과 무선 통신을 수행하기 위한 무선송수신 장치가 포함될 수 있다. 여기서 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈에서 수집된 사용자의 경험 정보는 상기 라이프 로그 서버(120)에 저장되는 것으로 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에서는 원격으로 연결되어 실시간으로 정보를 무선 송수신하고, 저장할 수 있는 장치들도 적용할 수도 있다.
그러면 이와 같은 구조를 갖는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템에서 라이프 로그 서버를 이용하여 사용자 경험 정보를 저장하고, 이를 활용하여 퍼스널 라이프 로그 기반의 사용자 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법에 대해 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 지능형 가제트를 이용한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템에서 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법을 도시한 흐름도이다.
상기 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 200단계에서 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템(100)의 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 정보 수집부(113)를 이용하여 사용자의 일상생활에서 경험하는 정보를 수집한다. 그런 다음 210단계에서 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 상기 수집된 사용자 경험 정보를 무선송수신부(111)를 통해 인터넷(130)에 접속된 라이프 로그 서버(120)로 전송한다. 그러면 라이프 로그 서버(120)는 수신된 사용자 경험 정보를 라이프 로그 저장부(122)의 지정된 영역에 저장한다.
이후, 220단계에서 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 사용자가 맞춤형 서비스를 제공받고자 서비스를 요청하였는지를 확인한다. 이때 서비스 요청이 없는 경우 대기 상태에서 다시 220단계를 수행하고, 사용자로부터 서비스 요청이 있는 경우 230단계에서 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 상기 라이프 로그 서버(120)에 저장된 사용자의 과거 경험 정보를 요구한다. 그러면 라이프 로그 서버(120)는 상기 요구에 따라 라이프 로그 검색 모듈(121)을 통해 요청된 과거 경험 정보를 검색하여 검색된 결과를 전송한다. 이때, 240단계에서 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 현재 사용자 주변의 상황을 판단하기 위해 무선송수신부(111)를 통해 사용자 주변의 다른 지능형 가제트 모듈들과 정보를 교환하여 현재 상황 정보를 파악한다.
이후, 250단계에서 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 상기 요구에 따라 상기 라이프 로그 서버(120)로부터 검색된 과거 경험 정보를 수신하고, 260단계에서 가제트 플랫폼(112)을 통해 상기 수신된 과거 경험 정보와 주변의 지능형 가제트 모듈과의 정보 교환을 통해 얻은 현재 상황 정보를 함께 분석한다. 그런 다음 270단계에서 지능형 가제트 모듈(110)은 분석된 결과를 통해 사용자의 의도 또는 취향에 따라 사용자 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 일상 사물에 지능형 가제트 모듈을 부착하여 사용자의 경험 정보를 파악하고, 이를 인터넷을 통해 라이프 로그 서버에 저장함으로써 추후 사용자가 요구하는 서비스에 대해 이전의 사용자 경험과 현재 상황을 고려한 최적의 맞춤형 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 퍼스널 라이프 로그 기반의 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템으로서, 수집된 사용자 경험 정보를 라이프 로그 형태로 무선 통신으로 라이프 로그 서버에 저장하고, 필요 시 저장된 정보를 제공받음으로써 기존의 무선 인식 장치들과 달리 직접 서버에 등록할 필요가 없으며, 사용자에게 실시간 서비스를 언제 어디서나 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 구체적인 실시 예에 관하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 범위에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 여러 가지 변형이 가능함은 물론이다. 그러므로 본 발명의 범위는 설명된 실시 예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안되며 후술하는 발명청구의 범위뿐 만 아니라 이 발명청구의 범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 지능형 가제트 모듈을 일상 사물에 장착하여 사용자의 경험 정보를 파악하고, 이를 라이프 로그 서버에 저장하여 활용함으로써 추후 사용자가 요구하는 서비스에 대해 사용자 이전 경험과 현재 상황을 고려한 최적의 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 지능형 가제트 모듈과 라이프 로그 서버가 무선 통신을 통해 사용자 경험 정보를 송/수신함으로써 사용자에게 실시간 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 일상 사물에 장착되는 지능형 가제트 모듈과, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈과 무선 통신하고 사용자의 정보를 관리하는 라이프 로그 서버를 갖는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템에서 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
    상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 수집하여 상기 라이프 로그 서버로 전송하는 과정과,
    상기 라이프 로그 서버가 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 라이프 로그로서 저장하는 과정과,
    상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 사용자로부터 서비스 요청을 받으면, 상기 라이프 로그 서버로 상기 사용자에 대한 과거 경험 정보를 요청하는 과정과,
    상기 라이프 로그 서버가 상기 요청에 따라 미리 저장된 상기 과거 경험 정보를 검색하여 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈로 전송하는 과정과,
    상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈로부터 수신한 상기 과거 경험 정보를 분석하는 과정과,
    상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 분석된 결과를 적용하여 상기 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지능형 가제트 모듈이 상기 사용자로부터 상기 서비스 요청을 받으면, 인접 지능형 가제트 모듈과 현재 상황 정보를 교환하여 교환된 현재 상황 정보를 분석하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법.
  3. 일상 사물에 장착되어 상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 상기 경험 정보를 무선 송수신을 통해 저장 및 검색을 요청하고, 검색된 과거 경험 정보를 분석하여 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 지능형 가제트 모듈과,
    상기 지능형 가제트 모듈과 인터넷을 통해 연동하고, 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 수신하여 저장하고, 상기 검색 요청에 따라 저장된 해당 과거 경험 정보를 검색하여 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈로 제공하는 라이프 로그 서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 지능형 가제트 모듈은, 상기 무선 송수신을 통해 인접 지능형 가제트 모듈과 현재 상황 정보를 교환하여 얻은 현재 상황 정보를 상기 과거 경험 정보와 함께 분석하고, 분석된 결과를 적용하여 맞춤형 서비스를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지능형 가제트 모듈은,
    상기 라이프 로그 서버와 상기 인터넷을 통해 상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 송수신하는 무선송수신부와,
    상기 사용자의 경험 정보를 수집하는 정보 수집부와,
    상기 수집된 경험 정보를 임시 저장하고 라이프 로그로 전송하도록 처리하고, 상기 사용자의 서비스 요청에 따라 상기 라이프 로그 서버로부터 수신된 과거 경험 정보를 분석하는 가제트 플랫폼과,

  7. 사용자의 일상생활에 대한 경험 정보를 수집하는 정보 수집부와,
    원격 저장 장치에 상기 수집된 경험 정보를 저장하고, 상기 사용자로부터 서비스 요청에 따라 저장된 과거 경험 정보를 제공받는 무선송수신부와,
    상기 수집된 경험 정보를 임시 저장하고 라이프 로그로 상기 원격 저장 장치 로 전송하도록 처리하고, 상기 과거 경험 정보를 분석하는 가제트 플랫폼과,
    상기 분석된 결과에 따라 상기 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 정보 출력부를 포함하며,
    상기 사용자의 일상 사물에 장착되는 지능형 가제트 모듈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 가제트 플랫폼은, 상기 무선 송수신부를 통해 인접 지능형 가제트 모듈과 정보 교환을 통해 얻은 현재 상황 정보를 상기 과거 경험 정보와 함께 분석함을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
