Claims (14)
- 주행 동작, 차량 내부 상태 및 차량 외부 환경 변화시 요구되는 운전자의 평균 주의도, 차량 인터페이스 작동시 요구되는 인터페이스 작동 주의도 및 차량 인터페이스 기능의 유사성 정도를 나타내는 유사도를 저장, 관리하는 통계 데이터베이스부;주행 동작, 차량 내부 상태 및 차량 외부 환경 중 적어도 하나 이상의 변화에 따라 상기 평균 주의도를 기초로 운행자별로 개별 주의도를 재설정하는 개인 특성 설정부;및운행자별 인터페이스 작동요청시 상기 개별 주의도와 요청된 인터페이스의 인터페이스 작동 주의도 값을 합한 값이 안전운행시 요구되는 소정의 안전 주의도 값을 초과하는지 판단하는 인터페이스 제공부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소정의 안전 주의도 값을 초과하는 경우, 상기 유사도를 기초로 새로운 대체 인터페이스를 탐색하여 운행자에게 제공하고 새로운 대체 인터페이스가 존재하지 않는 경우 운행자에게 경고 메시지를 발송하는 적응형 인터페이스 제공부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평균 주의도는임의의 다수 운전자를 특정 기준에 따라 분류한 각각의 그룹별로 운행시 운전자 수행 동작, 차량 내부 상태, 차량 외부 환경 중 적어도 하나 이상의 조건을 변화시킬 때 요구되는 운전자의 주의도를 기초로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 개인 특성 설정부는상기 차량운전자의 운전 성향을 저장하고, 상기 차량 운행자별 주의도 재설정시 상기 성향을 반영하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 재설정된 차량 운전자 주의도, 상기 인터페이스 작동 주의도 및 상기 유사도를 기초로 상기 차량 운전자의 주의도에 따라 차량 내에서 사용될 수 있는 인터페이스를 파악하는 학습부;를 더 포함하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 내부 상태, 상기 차량 외부 환경는 센서, RFID, GPS 중 적어도 하나로부터 획득된 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 특정 기준은성별, 연령대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 장치.
- (a) 주행 동작, 차량 내부 상태 및 차량 외부 환경 변화시 요구되는 운전자의 평균 주의도, 차량 인터페이스 작동시 요구되는 인터페이스 작동 주의도 및 차량 인터페이스 기능의 유사성 정도를 나타내는 유사도를 저장, 관리하는 단계;(b) 주행 동작, 차량 내부 상태 및 차량 외부 환경 중 적어도 하나 이상의 변화에 따라 상기 평균 주의도를 기초로 운행자별로 개별 주의도를 재설정하는 단계;및(c) 인터페이스 작동요청시 상기 개별 주의도와 요청된 인터페이스 작동시 요구되는 작동 주의도 값을 합한 값이 안전운행시 요구되는 소정의 안전 주의도 값을 초과하는지 판단하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,(d) 상기 소정의 안전 주의도 값을 초과하는 경우, 상기 유사도 및 상기 작동 주의도를 기초로 새로운 대체 인터페이스를 탐색하여 운행자에게 제공하고 새로운 대체 인터페이스가 없는 경우 경고 메시지를 전송하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서상기 평균 주의도는 임의의 다수 운전자를 특정 기준에 따라 분류한 각각의 그룹별로 운행시 운전자 수행 동작, 차량 내부 상태, 차량 외부 환경 중 적어도 하나 이상의 조건을 변화시킬 때 요구되는 운전자의 주의도를 기초로 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는상기 차량운전자의 특징을 나타내는 성향을 저장하고, 상기 개별 운행자별 주의도 재설정시 상기 성향을 반영하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,(e)상기 재설정된 개별 주의도, 상기 인터페이스 작동 주의도 및 상기 유사도를 기초로 상기 차량 운전자의 주의도에 따라 차량 내에서 사용될 수 있는 인터페이스를 학습하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 차량 내부 상태, 상기 차량 외부 환경은 센서, RFID, GPS중 적어도 하나로부터 획득된 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 적응형 차량 운전지원 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 실행하기 위한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체.
