Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically adjusting a common voltage is provided to automatically adjust the common voltage so that a pixel charge voltage value of 2 fields is identical to a pixel charge voltage value of one field. The second comparator(50) compares the voltage charged in the liquid crystal capacitor of the dummy pixel(20) with a voltage charged in a liquid crystal capacitor of the dummy pixel(30). A multiplexer(60) selects output signals of the first and second comparators(40,50) by the line inverse signal.
