Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for displaying a caption of real audio data is provided to display real audio data as a caption by reproducing real audio data as a voice in real time, outputting the voice, and displaying the real audio data as a character in a screen of a web browser. CONSTITUTION: A web browser screen is displayed on a monitor(300). A user searches a web site for receiving a real audio through a key operation using the web browser screen. A CPU displays a web browser screen of a corresponding site in accordance with the key operation of the user, and enables the user to check a wanted web site and to select a specific menu for listening to a real audio(302). The CPU recognizes a real audio menu selected by the user(304). The CPU operates a real audio player(306) and downloads real audio data corresponded to the selected menu(308). The CPU outputs the downloaded real audio data through a speaker and displays a text character with respect to the real audio at the lower end of a real audio player operating screen as a caption(310).
