본 고안은 레이저를 이용한 게터플래싱 장치에 관한 것으로, 레이저유니트(10)와, 이 레이저유니트(10)와 케이블(20)을 통해 연결된 출사유니트(30)와, 이 출사유니트(30)를 지지하면서 상ㆍ하 이동되도록 한 실린더(40)로 구성된 것으로, 레이저비임을 이용하여 게터플래싱작업을 하므로써 작업이 보다 간편해지고, 더욱이 플래싱효과가 뛰어나도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a getter flashing device using a laser, and supports a laser unit 10, an exit unit 30 connected through the laser unit 10 and a cable 20, and the exit unit 30. 일반적으로, 브라운관은 여러가지 제조공정을 거치게 되는데, 그중에서 튜브의 전기적 특성을 안정화시키기 위해 게터를 이용하여 관내진공도를 향상시키고, 캐소우드의 음극물질을 활성화시키는 공정이 있다. 즉, 튜브내에 기체분자가 많으면 기체분자는 전자와 충돌하여 최외각 전자의 탈락으로 이온화된다. 즉, 이렇게 되면 튜브내의 고전압과 방전관계가 생겨 글로우현상이 생기며, 캐소우드로부터 방출된 마이너스(-)전자가 가스와 충돌하여 플러스(+)이온이 생긴다. 이때 플러스이온이 캐소우드측으로 역진행하여 캐소우드의 에미션물질을 파괴한다. 그러므로 튜브내에는 고진공이 필요하며, 이를 위하야 게터플래싱을 실시하여 화학적으로 관내가스를 흡착시켜 진공도를 10-1(Torr)향상시킴을 그 목적으로 한다.In general, the CRT is subjected to various manufacturing processes, among which there is a process of improving the vacuum degree in the tube by using a getter and activating the cathode material of the cathode.
