プロールから引き出された接着テープの非接着面
にテンシヨンローラを作用させるとともに、この
テンシヨンローラよりもテープ送り出し側に、接
着テープを接着面側から巻回案内するガイドロー
ラを配設し、かつ、このガイドローラにテープ送
り出し方向への回転のみを許容する一方向クラツ
チを備えてあることを特徴とする接着テープ送り
