Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily obtain a phase synthesizing condition over a wide frequency range by sending frequency setting information to a frequency synthesizer and providing a logical circuit to instruct the frequency adjusting quantity of a voltage control oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A logic circuit 9 receives the frequency setting information from a frequency setting switch 1, sends these information to frequency synthesizers 2 and 3. Then, the circuit 9 receives the digital information of an analog digital converter 7 and sends a signal, which instructs the revolving direction of an adjusting screw, to a display 8 in correspondence to the change. The respective frequency synthesizers 2 and 3 revolve the adjusting screw of a voltage control oscillator 4 by the frequency setting information and change an output frequency f0. Then, the phase synthesizing condition is obtained at any point of the points A, B and C. Here, when the phase synthesizing condition is obtained at the A point or the C point, the frequency synthesizers 2 and 3 instruct the revolving direction of the adjusting screw of the oscillator 4 with using the display 8 and further, the phase synthesizing condition at the B point can be obtained by revolving the adjusting screw.
