Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to fine-adjust the direction of flame injection and to switch positions of a plurality of burner tips in a short time with high accuracy by connecting the burner tips of a ring burner to each other with links for interlocking. CONSTITUTION:A ring burner 1 has two divided ring-like burner holders 2 on which a plurality of burner tips 3 are attached to be freely rotatable about a bolt 4 as a pivot. The burner tip 3 is directed inward. An arm 5 is formed so as to project outside the bolt 4. A link 7 engages with the tip of said arm by means of a pin 6. A neck portion 11 of a glass valve is arranged in the central part of the ring burner 1 and seal-mounted with flame blown out of the burner tip 3. At this time, half of the burner tips 3 are rotated about the bolt 4 as a pivot via drive arms 8 and 5 by changing the length of a drive shaft 10 by turning adjustment screw 10c. This makes it possible to fine-adjust flame injecting directions and to switch positions of the tips in a short time with high accuracy and to improve productivity.
