Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce gain deviation within a band area by coupling a resonator with a large amount of loss constituted of a microstrip line with the microstrip line connecting between an input isolator and a power amplifier device. CONSTITUTION:The resonator 15 with a large amount of loss constituted of the microstrip line is coupled with the microstrip line 2 which connects between the input isolator 6 and the power amplifier device 8. Therefore, as for a signal outputted from the isolator 6 in the neighborhood of a resonance frequency fo, a part of it is absorbed by the chip resister 16 of the resonator 15, and also, the other part of it is absorbed by the internal terminator of the isolator 6 reflected on the isolator 6. In such a way, it is possible to lower only a gain in the neighborhood of the fo, and to obtain a power amplifier with a few of gain deviation within the band area.
