Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and improve reliability by supporting an antenna axis by a bearing made of a low loss derivative and engagingly locking the bearing on a heating chamber wall surface facing to a wave guide and by providing in the center of antenna axis with a hole, into which the rotary axis of a stirrer motor is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 10 made of a low loss derivative such as teflon is used for holding an antenna axis 1 having an electromagnetic wave stirrer 8 located above a heating chamber. And, the antenna axis 1 is free-turnably supported by the bearing 10 and the bearing 10 is also engagingly locked on a heating chamber upper wall 9 and the antenna axis 1 has a hole 17, into which the rotary axis 18 of a stirrer motor 5 is inserted, so as to rotate directly fitting into the rotary axis 18. Thereby, the number of parts can be reduced so as to improve reliability by simplifying constitution.
