Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacture cost and increase the degree of freedom of the designing and manufacture by constituting the reflection type optical displacement detector by fitting a light emitting element and a light receiving element to a lead frame. CONSTITUTION:A 1st member 18 where a main scale 16 consisting of an optical grating with constant pitch and a reference scale 20 consisting of an optical grating corresponding to the main scale 16 are provided, and the 2nd member is arranged relatively movably to the 1st member 18.
