CONSTITUTION:The 1st current mirror composed of transistors(TRs) 1, 2 and the 2nd current mirror comprising TRs 3, 4 are used, the current output of the 1st current mirror is connected to a reference input of the 2nd current mirror and the reference current input of the 1st current mirror is connected to the collector of the TR 5, resistors 6, 7 are connected respectively to the emitter of the TR 5 and the collector of the TR 4 and a reference voltage source 8 is connected to the other terminal of the resistors 6, 7. Thus, a voltage difference across the resistor 6 is produced to the resistor 7 with inversion. Thus, the function equivalent to that of a conventional inverting circuit using an operational amplifier is realized by a few components.
