Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve yield of material, by providing a driving source and drive wheel train on the upper part of a vessel so as to make the construction of a screw for agitation and mixing a cantilever type so that mixed material at the bottom of the vessel can be discharged. CONSTITUTION:A first and second riving sources 4, 15 are installed on a cover member 3 which is detachably mounted on the upper end of a vessel 2. The first driving source 4 is connected to a screw 5 which is rotatably, in state of a cantilever, housed in the vessel 2 through a planetary wheel train 6. The wheel train 6 connects a transmission shaft 8 inserted rotatably into a fixing part 7 of the cover member 3 to a hollow shaft 10 rotatably supported by a support arm 9 through bevel gears 11, 12 while a mixer shaft 14 of the screw 5 is supported by a support arm 13 of the hollow shaft 10. Further, the mixer shaft 14 is connected to the second driving source 15 through a rotary wheel train 16, so that, being driven by the driving source 4, 15, the screw 5 is made to do a planetary motion while being rotated in the vessel 2, agitating and mixing the material to be mixed therein, causing said material to be discharged completely.
