CONSTITUTION:A liquid material obtained by hydrolyzing mixture liquid homogeneously dissolving and dispersing metal alkoxide containing one or more metal elements in three type metal elements of (A) one or more elements selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, (B) one or more kind of elements selected from Sc, Y and lanthanoids and (C) Cu is mixed with a liquid material obtained by hydrolyzing a liquid obtained by dissolving and dispersing a metal acetylacetonato containing the residual type metal elements in a solvent to provide a homogeneous mixed liquid, which is filtered, dried and calcined at 800-1,000 deg.C for >=2hr to provide the aimed oxide-based superconducting material.
