Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding apparatus uniformalized in temperature distribution of cavity part, by joining a heating and cooling component to central part of die plate rear facing into a heat insulation ring adjacent to near outer periphery of rear of die plate. CONSTITUTION:These temperature distributions in case of heating upper and lower both die plates 13 and 14 and upper and lower both mold 15 and 16 with an induction heat coil are shown in the following temperature curve B. But cavities 17a and 18a can be uniformly heated, because central part having low temperature is heated by heat pipes 19 and 20 and temperature distribution in the radius direction of die plates 13 and 14 is uniformalized. In cooling of the die plates and molds, induction heating is stopped and feed amount of inert gas from inlet ports 8, 9a and 10a is increased and outer periphery side of die plates 13 and 14 and molds 15 and 16 and rear of die plate 13 are cooled. Since during cooling rear central part of the plates 13 and 14 which cope with central part of the molds difficult to cool is cooled with pipes 19 and 20 for removing heat with an inert gas fed, the above-mentioned cooling can be carried out while uniformly maintaining the temperature of the cavity part.
